“First time visit for us here and it was awesome! We were greeted as soon as we came in. The restaurant was bright and clean and servers were fun and friendly. We had house made chips and guacamole for an appetizer and their guacamole was delicious as well as their salsa! I got a California Love burrito and it was very tasty with a generous portion of marinated flank steak. The 2 people with me got the same burrito but 'Gordo' size 😃 served on a pile of yummy house fries with sauce and cheese and crema with red onion...it was a Huge serving. We were too full for dessert. Can't wait to go back again! The Executive Chef,CJ Callahan, even served our food and he was so nice and checked I with us to see if we liked our food and our dining experience.”

“I'm growing to learn that not all Starbucks are created equally anymore. My mom really loves three shots with a thick foam on top, and no matter which location we go to we're given a new verbiage to try and order exactly what she'd like, she's corrected as to whether the drink is possible, or she simply doesn't get what she asked for and is met with resistance from employees and told it's her fault they got it wrong. Here's the thing though - My mom is not unreasonable and when people try and explain the best way to order what she wants she'll take that knowledge to the next visit. It never works lol. I always get the same thing, Shaken Espresso with cream instead of 2%, and it's often exactly as I like it. So, we experience a little bit of inconsistency, but I blame employee turnover moreso than the employees themselves. Today, after our visit, we were served by someone with a black apron (if you know, you know) and he was able to explain the how and why of her drink. He explained price differences, and he didn't dismiss my mom when she explained that this isn't the first time someone has given her the verbiage and it didn't work. He was just simply patient and kind, and knowledgeable and I appreciate that! I wish I could remember his name! I read it, and meant to remember it...but alas! No luck! Starbucks is no longer the most consistently good cup of coffee, but their long-term employees are great 👍🏻”

“My wife and I almost didn't try this restaurant because of all the negative reviews. Typically, you'll see owners respond to negative reviews, but I hadn't seen anything... So we were not sure about trying it. However, we went and I'm glad we did. The food was good, the atmosphere was great, and the service was friendly. In fact, we ordered a dessert that ended up not being available anymore, so the chef created something else for the same price, that was really tasty and big enough we had left overs to take home. I'll go back again to try their brick oven pizza and salad bar since I ordered chicken fried steak, and my wife ordered steak and a potato, this time.”

“Let me preface with the fact that my waiter Marcus H was phenomenal. Unfortunately, he had to do multiple job roles which I can’t imagine how difficult that was. (Bartender and waiter) Absolutely adored his Mighty Ducks sweater! Very prompt with service and engaging. He ran the show today, that’s for sure. I’m guessing he’s a manager or needs a serious pay raise. The waiter with the beautiful long dreads in the Spokane shirt served the larger group next to us and he was definitely spot on from what I could see. Great job! I hate to leave anything negative however, the food was sub-par at best. Kids grilled cheese: super dry bread, cheese needed to melt a little longer. Gator tots were very over fried. Fish and chips: The batter was mushy and lacked flavor. Needed salt. The cod inside was dripping and watery. I’m not sure how it was prepared but the fish really needed to be patted down/dried off before frying - It would have made a huge difference. It’s very possible that it comes precooked and frozen which is completely out of the cooks hands. Fries were Perfectly cooked which I know came fresh from the cook Alps: burger needed seasoning and lacked flavor all around. Arrived medium well done. The fries were very over fried.. it was basically chips at that point. My margarita was very stiff (No complaints here!!! I needed that!! Thank you!!!) as mentioned earlier, my waiter was right on the ball as I finished to check if I would like another. Overall, the atmosphere was fantastic and I think the choices of food were definitely right up my alley. This place has some serious potential! Just a few things to tweak in the long run. Honest review : 3.5/5”

“I was quite disappointed that I had to go to a register to make my order & pay first.. I'm mean what happened to normal traditions of sit down restaurant, where waitress come to you & pay at end of meal, that way customer can evaluate food & service, before deciding on amount to tip. Food ok, as expected. I stopped by again got a burger & fries everything on it. I couldn't help but notice hardly no onions on it ! Guess they run out? Service not so good, not like any restaurant I been to any where else. Customer has to order from register first, then go sit down. At least I not have to cook meal & do dishes.”

“This is a nice little locally owned business with good quality food. Now let me be clear…the price of food is going to be a deterrent for some people. It is quite expensive, but to my uncultured palate….it’s worth it because I don’t go here all the time….That’s why I get excited when I decide to. I get the comalito burrito with Al Pastor and a couple churros to top it off. All cooked very very well and the taste is consistent and delicious every time. They are very nice as well. Do I wish it was a little more affordable? Sure I do. Because I want them to get tons of people for business so they can thrive in this tough market. They are the only Mexican restaurant for a few miles around and the community out by the Petro is underserved for dine in and take out food. So I hope these guys continue to keep making quality meals and I hope their business booms so we can keep more we excellent local joints open and less multi billion multinational chains.”

“Not much of food selections in Airway Hights but KFC is always good. I came back here after moving to Phnx for a year now which is amazing btw...this little town blows! However.....they have really good chicken bowls with mashed potatoes and corn. I like the spicy bowl personaly. I'm impressed they remodeled the restaraunt. Looks really nice. They also helped me with my order tonight as my dually won't fit the drive through. They offered to let me in , take the order and all that. Gave me my foods and was simple enough. But least they took the time most other places just tell me to either call them or come back next day. Didn't have a pic if the food i ate fast. It was a long drive to WA from Phnx.”

“We’re pretty fans of this place and have been since we discovered this little gas station connected hole in the wall gem. The prices skyrocketed in the last year, as expected, but the quality hasn’t changed. The salad has a light tangy dressing that is just delightful and paler cleansing. I usually get the noodles but forgot to sub last time. I also really love the teriyaki pork but the charred chicken is too good not to get so I get both. 1000000% recommend”

“So we met at Epic to have dinner with my in laws. Was a bit of a wait but it is SO WORTH IT!! I got the Cobb Salad, absolutely yummy and just perfect for me right now being pregnant... My husband got the Gutbuster Burger and he completely demolished it!my youngest got the kids burger bite things and just plowed through it. my oldest got the prime rib dip and he is already asking to go back. “We were at a conference for a few days. This was the only placed that served breakfast during the week besides the coffee shop in the casino. The waitress and server were very nice and welcoming. The food came quickly and was very delicious. The server came around several times to top off our coffee and water. Overall great spot for breakfast!”
