“Love this place! Such a great local community store. This was my first time visiting the new location, and I mostly wanted to look around. I got some frozen paratha to use for dinner and Marie biscuits which are great for snacks / desserts.”

“Stopped by for brunch on 12/4/21 and really enjoyed the experience. Our party enjoyed mimosa flights (which included 4 different flavored mimosas), bloody Mary’s, and some ice cold beer. Their brunch menu has a gastro pub vibe making fun renditions on brunch classics. If you’re craving savory, sweet, or something lighter, they got you covered. We’ve now visited twice for brunch and enjoyed the food and drinks both times. Including pictures of the criss cut fries topped with chorizo, gravy, fried egg, and cilantro + parfait as a side. Would recommend their brunch over the other breakfast options in Pullman.”

“Food's fine, but their card reader keeps rejecting Google Pay, I've had to run back to my office to grab my wallet twice now. Haven't had that problem with any other restaurants in the Cub. Guess it's on me to remember that I can't eat here if I don't have my wallet on me (and why would I if I can pay for anything else with my phone).”

“Classic student dive bar! On that scale it's a 5/5. Good beer selection, huge liquor selection, and cheap drink specials. The staff was friendly and efficient and the extra bonus is that it is a dog friendly establishment. My pooch enjoyed plenty of affection from staff and patrons alike.”

“As far as tavern food goes, The Land does it well. We just arrived in Pullman in time for a late lunch and a quick search led us here. To be honest I'm not anfan of tavern food. I mean, we have only so many days to live on earth and you want to make the most of each moment. That said there are times where eating at a tavern is in order and if you find yourself there, The Land is not a bad choice. The Cesar not distinguished in any way, but at least the dressing tastes like it has anchovies so props there. And the chicken fingers were seasoned with something, I'm not sure what, but it made them actually taste good, not to mention that they were fried in a way where the meat was actually tender and moist. Fries were crispy and seasoned well. Most of all the service was prompt and super friendly and made us feel very welcome. I would recommend a visit if tavern food is what you're craving.”

“We stopped by for lunch as a group of 5, we had to wait a little bit, but not longer than 10 minutes. Spacious and calm atmosphere, we had crab cakes and reuben sandwich. They have a remarkably large selection of alcoholic beverages, and even wine from the tap. We went with 2 mules which is a great choice on such a hot day in Pullman”

“The food was good, don’t get me wrong. That being said when I went to do curbside pickup two drivers came and went. One of them came out of the restaurant looking incredibly mad and upset, threw the pizza bag in the back on his car and sped off and the other looked like he was sprinting to the car like his life depended on it. I don’t like to judge places based on one experience, but that made me think maybe this place wasn’t so good to its employees and as a customer service worker myself that impacted my view of ordering there again. Remember without your employees your business would be nothing.”

“Every pizza place in Pullman we've tried so far has been pretty good and this one is no exception. We ordered takeout and our order was ready fairly quickly. We had the "Birkenstock" a vegetarian pizza with artichokes and the toppings and cheese were very generously placed on the pizza, very tasty, too.”

“We went for breakfast, which was good, but I suspect lunch and dinner are especially great! The smoker was going, out front. A trailer of wood for it was in the back. They smoke the meats all morning, every morning; available from 11 a.m. until sold out. Next time!”

“Poke bowl and Sushi Greek row are delicious. Food and service are excellent. Price is a plus.”

“This is a lively little place in a convenient location right next to WSU Greek Row. Cute space and upbeat atmosphere. The music was quite loud and the indoor seating space highly minimalistic. This is a great spot for grabbing drinks with friends, however, I would not recommend it for studying or serious conversing. Great caramel latte, however, the sugar free caramel wasn’t worth purchasing.”

“Sesame Chicken was amazing. Update: This is our favorite Chinese restaurant in Pullman. However, the Beef Teriyaki that was ordered was very salty and there was not much sauce. Would not order this dish again.”

“Every time we come to Pullman, Tokyo Seoul Restaurant is our favorite place to eat. The service is always very friendly and the food delicious. Too bad the Korean barbecue is not available at this time, but we’re assured that they will have it again soon. Sulungtang is a beef bone soup simmered for hours to create a milky broth rich in umami, it is served with Korean clear noodles, thin slices of beef, green scallions and rice on the side. A must for a cold winter day. Another great one for those cold winters is Dolsot bibimbob. Thin slices of marinated beef and various vegetables served on a bed of rice, all assembled in a blisteringly hot stone bowl. Do let it sit for a few minutes to allow the rice in contact with the hot bowl to develop into a fragrant layer of crisp. Drizzle in some gochujang (a sweet and spicy red sauce) and enjoy. For those warmer days, we like their great selection of sushi and my favorite unagi donburi (grilled eel in a sweet sauce served on a bed of rice) Tokyo Seoul was a great find when we first visited the Palouse, it remains our favorite.”

“Loved the smoothie. The atmosphere is nice. I was super impressed with their ability to tell me more about their yoga classes but I could have needed better questions also. Overall, I would dedicate recommend Sanctuary if you're looking for a smoothie in Pullman, WA.”

“When we first walked in, we were greet immediately and sat down! We decided to eat outside by their fire pit. The waitress, Sophia and Austin were very attentive and professional. The food was very tasty and well put together. The atmosphere was nice and had a old looking feeling to it. We enjoyed every thing! Yes you will pay a pretty penny for your food but it is worth the it!”
