“Great Thai eatery with amazing quality and authentic taste. Came with a friend to check this place out but forgot about photos for a review, I only took one picture of the food 😒... Anyway, it is a friendly, welcoming, and fast service. My friend went with spicy tofu and beef, and I went with spicy Thai chicken. The spicy thai chicken was amazing, stir-fried chicken, garlic, green beans, broccoli, lemon grass, and light sauce. Sweet, yet nice hot and spicy kick to it. So delicious, good portion of protein, and fresh tasting veggies. Took a bite out of spicy tofu and beef, and it was the same great consistency of flavors through both dishes. Would like to be back to check out more of the menu. Definitely recommend it!!”

“The food was good, don’t get me wrong. That being said when I went to do curbside pickup two drivers came and went. One of them came out of the restaurant looking incredibly mad and upset, threw the pizza bag in the back on his car and sped off and the other looked like he was sprinting to the car like his life depended on it. I don’t like to judge places based on one experience, but that made me think maybe this place wasn’t so good to its employees and as a customer service worker myself that impacted my view of ordering there again. Remember without your employees your business would be nothing.”

“Stopped into this amazing spot in Usk while biking through. Began with a fresh out of the oven chai snickerdoodle cookie. Perfect pairing of flavors. I’m hooked. I had 2 tacos with black beans. The corn shells were huge and generously stuffed. The beans were perfectly seasoned and the cheese was all melty in the middle. So yummy. My partner had the ramen shrimp special. He said the broth was rich in flavor and the noodles had perfect texture. If you’re ever in the vicinity of Usk, I encourage you to try Mellany’s. You will not regret it. “Well, just got a coupon card in the mail today. Just tried to order online to get the 20% off deal, and it tells me "ordering online is unavailable for this store". Online, the pizza I was interested in was priced at $21.99, so I call the store instead, only to find out that if I'm going to PICK IT UP myself, the price for the same pizza is $24.99. What gives? My review is 2 stars based on this current experience. Update 6-29; 7:00 pm--The reason the online ordering wasn't working was because the URL has changed since I last ordered. The company should have put a patch through to redirect the customer to the new URL. I had it pinned in my favorites and that link is now outdated. At a minimum, your staff should instruct people who complain about the same online experience, that the link is now different than it was last year. Also, for getting in my car and driving down there and paying $3 more for the same pizza featured online, the staff, at a minimum, should have offered me the 20% discount that was available for online orders.”

“Normally all is well but this is now the second time in a row this store has been on the disappointment side. The first time the order came over 30 mins late after it said it had left the store. Not to mention I'm only five mins away and tonight, someone called from domino's after the app said the guy was in the area. I pick up just to hear crackling sounds so I called back after the number hung up. No answer! Called the store just for a guy to tell me they have no way to contact the driver instead I had to wait for the driver to return. I told him the guy literally just called. We looked outside and he was no where even in front of the complex. It's really sad when you have a hungry family that has to wait on a meal to be delivered late just to have it sent to the store and then sent back out. The driver called back and apologized and said they never gave him an apartment number so I'm not even blaming the driver because whomever print the address should automatically confirm the apartment number is listed. I felt bad for the driver because it's an inconvenience for him to even have to drive around with inaccurate information. My account has all of my information and I've ordered from this store for several years now. Update... My order finally arrived on the lukewarm side sadly but the kiddos were hungry so I kept it. Omg I opened the pasta just to see it full of mushrooms and barely any sauce. I bout cried. I did call the store and asked for the manager whom apologized and said he'd have a new one remade and sent out. Once again an inconvenience for the driver but I'm hungry and If I force myself to eat what's pictured, I'd probably be throwing up everywhere. The fresh pasta arrived, and it looked too good to be true. I was kind of scared to eat it. I definitely said a prayer over it right before we dug in. It was really neat and full of sauce before I took the photo. Thank you for the remake.”

“Very flavorful sauce. All their sauces are made from scratch. Multiple ranch flavors, garlic and jalapeño really made the cheesebread come to life. I like the thin crust hand tossed style of pizza they make. My wife favors a thicker crust but she enjoyed the amount of toppings that were on it. Great renovations on the bowling alley even though we didn't have time to use them they looked great!! You can literally watch TV while you bowl because the whole wall you throw towards is a TV!! I got a large pizza which was a good size and a typical large size that most pizza places have. We also got a personal pizza which was slightly larger than most that size. “I like their pizza and really like that I can design, order, and pay for my pizza (and wings and other things) on their online website. You can also add a tip to your order before paying, which is a nice touch. They provide excellent status on your order, and (at least at this store) are always on time and accurate. Using car-side pickup, you just tap the "I'm here" button and they bring your order to your car. The gentlemen that brought my order out on this most recent visit was cheerful and pleasant.”
