Einstein Bros. Bagels

I come here way too frequently because it is convenient for me. The staff is friendly and welcoming. When I first started coming here it seemed like they were really short staffed but they never let that stop them from giving high quality service. It seems like they slowly got staffed up and now they are even better. Like I said I come here frequently enough that they know my name and obviously I would not do that if I didn't think it was worth my money. There are plenty of other places to grab a quick breakfast while I wait for the Law Library to open.

Einstein Bros are a tad overpriced compared to supermarket.
That said, the variety here is supreme. Dutch apple, chocolate chip, potato, strawberry and everything in-between. What more do you expect? They dig out a bagel, smear cream cheese on it of some flavor and sometimes toast it. That's it.
Yeah, the place looks like...blah. In the winter it smells horrible. But they're pretty much the only place you can get bagels.
Pros
If you love bagels, you love Einstein.
Cons
Place is gross.
They will get your order wrong a lot.
They are WAY overpriced.

Einsteins on State St. was great for lunch today. The staff was really nice. I ordered potato salad but they were out. However, by the time I was done with my yummy thintastic pesto sandwich and chips, they had more ready and gave me some to take home. Now that is nice service! I really appreciate the staff making sure I got what I wanted.
