Taste of Jamaica Madison

The food is good but they claim to not have business online from this Facebook post I saw as they got $1000 in donates but always be out of food ??? I just called today and their out of chicken and curry ghoat. It’s only 3pm and rush hour has not started yet. This has happened many times. You still get 5 starts but learn to stay stocked with food.

This is a wonderful experience. The prices seem to be high at first glance, but the portions are generous and the quality is superb. There is a wide variety of unique foods and drinks. A warning to the uninitiated, these are bone in style stews, it's not the sort of food that you can blindly shovel into your mouth. However the bones add a wonderful richness and body to the dish. This far surpassed what I have come to expect from a mall food court!

Food is very good the best food in Madison,
We want to try again and the lady front of the desk is very good and spoke very well with costumers.
But the only concern is few of then had mouth not all even while serving so please wear mask because we have new variant and children under 5 are not vaccinated.

By far one off the best place I’ve had Jamaican food in Madison coming from someone who drives to Milwaukee just to get authentic Jamaican food.The flavors are definitely their. As for the photos I’ve see on google reviews you can’t get jerk chicken with white rice and not tell them to put gravy on the rice...Hello they give you what you asked for. Wish I had took a video or photo of my food but was to hungry and wasn’t thinking about doing a review till after I goggle.Do I find the menu to be a little pricey yes but that’s just me comparing what I paid for my food and the amount of protein to rice ratio I receive.Would recommend they work on that. Yes I’ll definitely go back I’m from the Caribbean and I appreciate the fact that i can get a decent home cooked meal that I didn’t prepare myself.
