“To my amazement, when I walked in, this Starbucks looked exactly like the last 15 Starbucks I visited. It even had a group of people at a table chatting over coffee! There was a college student with a laptop and commuters rushing in and out to get a caffeine rush before they had to face their dreaded co-workers. There was even an old man reading a newspaper. I waited patiently for my drink while fumbling with my phone. They called my name when my drink was ready and I walked out the door without making eye contact with anyone. I wonder what my next Starbucks experience will be like?”

“Enjoyed our meal there. Appetizers were fun- cheese curds not to be missed. Small plates were reasonably sized for sharing- short rib, chicken and steak were all fantastic! Beautiful open space, right on the bike path, and patio is dog friendly!”

“The taro shake was super good and refreshing! Also ordering through the app was really easy and a smart way to stay socially distant.”

“I was looking for some whole wheat bagels, and this was the only place near the bottom of state street that had them. I had just two of their Sprouted Grain Bagels for breakfast, and it was great. Only negative is that they don't have low fat cream cheese, so I had to get my own. They also make a good vanilla bean Frappuccino.”

“This location is decent. ALWAYS super busy and my drinks never taste as good as they do when I go to my favorite location, but if I'm not going that direction this is my other choice. Drive thru is a little irritating when it's backed up, people usually block stalls, driveway, and sometimes the road. They do allow in store pick up so it's not too bad. It's easiest if you park on the road and walk up.”

“I'm not a huge fan of Starbucks coffee, but my wife is! She would give a 5 star review just for the quality and kick their drinks provide but I'm knocking a star off for the amount of time it takes to get through the drive up window. Last visit took me 35 minutes, and within the design of the drive though...once you're in it, you are IN IT for the long haul, without an option to back out to turn off. Friendly faces, good attitudes, solid coffee. Long wait times.”

“Delicious and fun! This coffee, ice cream, and breakfast/lunch spot has it all! They sell decadent Chocolate Shoppe ice cream, shaved ice, homemade quiche, cotton candy, brownies, cinnamon rolls, and other treats. It's a cute, quirky place with friendly service. A true gem”

“Food is super inconsistent based on who is working. I always get the Southwest wrap. It’s awesome, but it keeps getting pared down. At first, it was a larger wrap with celery, carrot sticks, fruit, and two different sauces. It was awesome. They have removed the lighter green sauce, the carrots, and the celery. The dish is now just three small slices of pineapple, a smaller wrap, and one sauce. The drinks are good, but it is ENTIRELY dependent on who is working. I just would really like to see some consistency here for the prices they charge. Once that comes back, then it’s a five star place.”

“It was great! Service was awesome! They are so nice and friendly. There was a Birthday party going on and everyone was having a good time. There were so many choices of ice cream, coffee, and quiche. I love this place and I will be going back! ????”

“Top-notch experience so far. Convenient location, quality beverages, and friendly staff. One word: caramelicious. Basically a drinkable candy bar. Overall a little more catered toward the drive-through operation, but the interior is still suitable enough for hanging out. Just don't have a club/lounge in mind. Enjoy an understated, calm environment.”

“The drinks are large and tasty! It's great to have an Asian tea place more on the west side. I usually adjust my order to no sugar and it's perfect! Side note, the real orchids and a fresh flower decor is lovely.”

“So fantastic! I had the dumplings with the Brats in them. Great combination and the spicy mustard was a perfect match. The chicken rice bowl was a perfect blend of flavors. Definitely not spicy but just a mouth full of flavors. Highly recommend.”

“This wonderful place was recommended by family and was well worth the stop. The bread is ancient grain quality and worthy of eating, and I don’t waste bread calories. Breakfast choices are many, pictured here is the eggs Benedict (the hollandaise sauce was perfect) on their cheddar and chive biscuit. The apple pie was topped with their homemade cinnamon ice cream. Best apple pie I’ve ever had. Lattes were good-you will not be disappointed!!”

“If you want the best coffee experience in Madison look no further! I visit a number of coffee shops in Madison. I rate them on three main criteria: coffee quality, aesthetics, and food quality. Few Madison coffee shops can accomplish a 5 star rating in 1-2 of these categories. None, with the exception of Finca Coffee holds my 5-star rating in all three categories. Finca Coffee is simply the best in Madison.”

“Luke's is the best. I have been here more than 10 times. I get coffee and the Spartan Skillet every time, and I am always 100% satisfied. If you haven't been here, you need to consider what is holding you back in life. Like I said, Luke's is the best.”

“Service was fast and friendly, and the coffee was good enough that I drank it black. I ordered a Southwest burrito, which was very tasty, though a bit on the small side. It was served quickly with some oranges and a nice side sauce. Really enjoyed the shop!”

“Indie Coffee is a great coffeehouse with a chill atmosphere and has very friendly and helpful staff. The decor is cute and cozy; however, it is great for groups as well as working on a laptop. The coffee is delicious and the waffle was mouthwatering good (got the original buttermilk and was very happy with my choice). I look forward to coming back to try more drink options and see what else I enjoy on the food menu. I'd highly recommend this coffeehouse.”

“This little shop is located in the main lobby of Grand Central, an apartment complex in the heart of UW-Madison's campus. This place is pleasantly surprising. I went in to grab a quick coffee on the way to class and left happy with an exceptional batch brew from arguably one of the top roasters in the nation, Kickapoo Coffee. This place has the bells and whistles of a genuine coffee shop. The wait can be long and there is little wait space, but it is great coffee coming from this shop.”

“The decor and vibe is really cool here. The idea behind the food and the variety is great. The food was good but lacking texture. We had the eggs Benedict and the farmers hash. The Benedict had a small amount of minced prosciutto instead of strips and the biscuit was soft. The flavor was nice still. The hash was again good but needed bacon or something hard to help the texture. No butter on the toast or on the side was strange. Lastly we ordered a donut since that's their specialty I was expecting a nice big glazed donut but something was off about the dough or the oil. It left a very oily and bitter aftertaste. The vanilla latte was one of the best I've had.”

“Just opened after a remodel. Added touch screens in addition to counter service (I don't use the touchscreens after a previous bad experience at a different McD). Added power outlets below the larger tables. Delivers to table which takes longer. More seating than before”
