“Today was their grand opening, and we wanted to check it out. EVERYTHING is fresh! I saw one of the chefs cutting up the beef, so I know it wasn't your typical bag of frozen "mystery meat". The salsa, Pico de Gallo, guacamole, queso, etc. all tasted homemade. My husband and I both got burritos, which are 12", and my daughter got a burrito bowl. They are stuffed full with whatever you choose to put in them. Some ingredients come included in the base price and others will cost extra (such as meat and guac). All of our meals were very filling and delicious. I like that the tortilla chips are warmed and not just grabbed from a bag. The restaurant was very clean, well lit, and had a nice updated look. Staff was very friendly and greeted us as we entered and left. I'm excited to see what else Fresca will adding to their menu as their business grows. Best of luck. We will be back.”

“Myself, daughter, granddaughter, grandson- in- law and great grandson, stopped in there last week. Entering was a pleasant surprise, good smells, clean and nicely decorated. Pleasant staff. “Overall nice. But our room was next to the game room. And well past 10 pm someone must have been playing pool in there. I smelled smoke in the bathroom in the night. The clerk wrote a very nice letter of appology and gave a good discount on the room. Never had that level of professionalism in any hotel before. But the care if the breakfast bar area was severely lacking. No one appeared to be be tending to things in that area. Eggs were not refilled. Tables were dirty. Left a negative last impression.”

I recommend the banana bread french toast, any of the eggs Benedict (braised beef is my favorite), and meatloaf sandwich. The soups are good as well.”

Thats because they aren't string fries, they are crinkled cut which helps them to stay hot longer. Not cold in 5 seconds like other fast food fries”

“This place does not disappoint. Everyone talked about how small it was on the inside so I was expecting 4 or 5 tables, but for a family owned restaurant, it was decent sized. The food was great and the service was amazing. The seating was plenty but if I were them, I would think about expanding because I can see them having a wait even if they doubled in size. All of the food was cooked to perfection and it was served nice and steamy hot. We had 2 birthday celebrations and they made it special.”

“There’s not many, if any, BBQ restaurants in area or in Northeast Wisconsin so I can see why people like it so much. Brisket is good but nothing special. Can easily make better pork at home. Mac and cheese was cold. I think they just put warm cheese on top of precooked noodles. Sauces are ok. Seem more like sauces you would get on chicken wings, not BBQ.”
