“I love that I can stop here when I do my weekly grocery shopping. But, if I don't come early enough, they are closed. Sometimes they're closed by 3pm, 4pm or 5pm. But, I'm not going to be upset about them not being open. I know they've been having a hard time getting people to work, or unexpected things come up so they're short staffed a lot of the time. For the times I do catch them open, they are all professional, nice and they do their job quick. I'm never in the line or by the pay window for no more than 2-3 minutes. Even with them being short staffed, they do a wonderful job!”

“great place for families to go get pizza, has a lot of history. a bit outdated inside. I hadn't been there in a long time and it was probably the same as I remember inside as it was 15 years ago or more. I was there this time with my 2 four year olds. they have a small game room which kept them occupied when not eating. my Reuben sandwich was good. the crispy bread sticks with cheese sauce were terrible. they were really thin, little, cold and stale tasting. even the kids would not touch them. all in all we had a good time there. I would stick to pizza for food there next time though.”

“The buffet features a good selection of various pizzas but if you don't like what you see you can order one special and they will make it as part of the buffet purchase at no extra charge. Meal charge includes drink. The best part about Pizza Ranch is the fried chicken. I'll always go back for more. A small salad bar enables you to make a salad to your liking. Soft serve ice cream tops off your meal and I even have coffee too.”

“I have been eating Friday fish fry here for the last 5 decades. I live in Ohio... but when in the Northwoods my car always ends up at Al Gen's on a Friday nights. Brandy or Whiskey old fashions at the bar and then all you can eat fish fry with coleslaw, French fries, potato pancakes, apple sauce, bread, and macaroni salad. mm mm good.”

“Been coming to this area for many years! Happened to stop here this year after seeing the number of cars parked in the lot. The people here are great, the food was great and the atmosphere was reminiscent of the traditional northern Wisconsin "supper clubs". Also, food prices were reasonable. Walked down to the three cabins for rent on the lake and they were drop dead gorgeous.”
