“Food was good and our waitress was realy very good. The place was not busy at all, but it still took an hour and 15 minutes to get our food. We were 5 people and we all had the sunday chicken dinner. We were told that they that they only had 1 broaster and that is why it took so long. Seeing as there was only 10 tables and it was the special, it really should not have taken that long.”

“Selfishly I was reluctant at first to give this place a review because they are always busy in the summer. However, they deserve every single star. It’s one of my favorite breakfast places in the north woods. Get there early and don’t forget to sign up on the board in order to get in line for a table. Then get a Bloody Mary while you wait. The server is the host as well and once a table is clear they review the “sign up” board. I often get an omelette or eggs whenever I go out for breakfast but this place has the best bread and I sometimes switch it up when I come here. French toast orders are nearly an inch thick, as are the slices of toast. If you get fish fry on Friday you may even be able to smell the bread for the next day baking at the end of the night. Bottom line. Great food, inexpensive, large portions.”

“This place was busy, so we sat at the bar. We had a thin crust 16" sausage and mushroom pizza and it was excellent. One of the best thin crusts I've had. The crust had a crunch and stayed that way for the entire meal. Pizza was perfectly cooked. Good atmosphere. We will visit again!”

“Where do I even begin with the Blink Bonnie? Every time we are in Eagle River this is a must stop restaurant. The steaks are excellent and come out sizzling hot. We were there with a group of 9 on Thursday - they said they did not have any tables for 9 but accommodated us with 2 tables next to each other. Aside from the fantastic food you will find a great old fashioned and drink! If you look in the dictionary under "bartender" you will see their bartender Chuck's picture. Not sure why people cry about the wait - it's worth the wait! See you next year when we return for our annual trip. Nice!”

“Came here the last day of vacation, myself and my fiancé, three kids between 6 and 10. Each ordered something different and EVERYTHING was incredible. Coffee was hot and fast to be replenished. Meal came reasonably fast, as expected when made fresh. Flavors were out of this world; even the usually picky kids devoured everything. What we didn’t individually finish, we shared across the table with one another, and were immediately envious of each other’s orders, vowing to order differently next time. The wait staff was also wonderful, making the brunch have a personal touch; joking with the kids, attentive and quick to respond. All in all, go here. You owe it to yourself!”
