Brisco County Wood Grill

Outstanding BBQ! Found this place while traveling for business and had a very nice quiet lunch there. They've got a great menu with a lot of barbecue classics. The French onion soup is outstanding. All the meats were melt off the bone tender and delicious and generously coated in barbecue sauce. The service was outstanding and everyone was very pleasant. George was particularly attentive to our table. This place also has an outstanding atmosphere with lots of great Western decor and even a little mock county jail. Would definitely go here for work or even for a meal out with the whole family.

Brisco has great food! I worked there years ago as a hostess and since I left I have made many visits. The service is phenomenal and the food always has great flavor! Clean and a lot of TVs to watch!

Loved it, haven't been there in years. I had the ribs with the bbq on the side. And they taste amazing without. And I'm very picky about my ribs. Our waitress Lexy was amazing as well. Thank for still be as good as I remember.

Nice place and pretty good food. They recently changed their menu with fewer items and no pizza. Good selection but it's pretty much like every other place now. Service is good and they have a nice bar.
