“Could have been 5 stars but server never came back after food was delivered so we couldn't get another drink or another napkin. At first she seemed pretty good. Then when we wanted her she was just hanging at the bar talking to the bartender. Burgers were very good but the gluten free buns fall apart pretty quickly and I could have used another napkin. She didn't ask if I needed another drink until we were paying and all the food was gone. I was done by then and getting ready to leave. The food was very good though.”

Also, the bathrooms were very nice like and clean and I like how they put paper towels right in front of the sinks! Also, the food was great we got a kid’s steak, kid’s ribs, and a bison steak, and all of it was great!! Also, are drinks were filled to the top which is great!!! And the bison steak was only $30 and the kid meals we’re both $6!! Are waiter Allison was very kind and sweet! Therefore, this restaurant is a nice place to go when your in Casper, Wyoming!!!”

“Been ordering from this location for a couple of years now! Mistakes are VERY far & few between. Tonight, a small mistake happened. The wrong salad was delivered (the rest of the order was 100% correct). I called the store within 4 minutes of it being delivered. The gal on the phone was so friendly & kind. I informed her of the mistake, gave her my address, she confirmed said mistake. She asked if I'd like a credit or for it to be fixed. I asked for it to be fixed. She let me know it would be back to me "as soon as they could". I expected at least 30-45 minutes due to other orders. The same delivery driver showed up at my door within FIVE minutes of that phone call of the mistake. She was also so kind & friendly. I am BLOWN AWAY YA'LL. Top notch customer service!!! I didn't expect the mistake to be fixed so quickly. Times like this remind me of why I continue to order from this location over & over again. Their 5 Star customer service & accountability is why I adore them so much!!! The food is always SO GOOD & their customer service is almost better.”

She is so friendly, and her customer service is outstanding. We met Abi for the first time today, and she is exceptional as well. Even though she wasn't on the line, she was helpful, friendly, and had an awesome, cheery attitude. They have a great teamwork and customer service style which was very appreciated, especially knowing how hard it can be to work in customer service. These two ladies made our experience awesome this evening. Qdoba lucked out hiring both Brittany and Abi, and we lucked out going in while they were both working. Thank you both!!”

“I normally go for one of the breakfast bagel sandwiches, but yesterday I decided to switch it up and get the chicken salad on white bread. I got my sandwich very quickly, which was nice. But right after I took my first bite I almost had to spit the whole thing out. I thought maybe the smell of the sandwich threw me off, bur when I tried a second bite I was fully grossed out. The bread I ordered my sandwich on was RAW. Super doughy and tasted really gross and wet. The chicken salad was good, so I ate the first half of my sandwich. I went to ask for a box to go, and also asked the young man working if the bread was always like that. I asked if it was maybe supposed to be baked twice, because it had the texture of par baked bread. He told me no, and said that they baked it there this morning. He said nothing else and I told him my bread was raw. He avoided eye contact and stepped away from the register seemingly disinterested in the fact that the sandwich I bought was inedible. Said nothing else and shrugged. I’m not one to make a scene in a store, especially when the staff seems unreceptive. I thought my tone was simply curious and then informed him of the problem so that no other customers would have the same problem. Seriously, just the bread was under baked. Overall, still great chicken salad inside the sandwich. Per usual the pasta salad was great and I enjoyed my coffee. I’m a bit disappointed in the receptiveness of my concern/complaint and that for me to say anything at all about the condition of my food is quite rare. Hoping this reaches management so raw bread isn’t being served to customers who should anticipate warm crunchy bread. :)”
