“When we arrived we were kind of concerned because the hostess was short either us. After watching we understood why. She was super busy and short staffed. She was doing the job of 5 people. She did a great job. The food was amazing. By far the best Chinese food we have had. Definitely worth the trip from vernal to rock springs to eat. 15.50 for all you can eat and a drink. Food was very fresh.”

“I was going to get szechuan beef or kung pao something. But I had never seen Orange beef before. Just happened to be a truck driver stuck when they closed the 80 and parked here. I wish this place was in Ogden. The nice girl said it was her family's business. If I happen to come back I will be happy to stop in and try more items. There was a video I saw somewhere of a Asian girl got on tic tok or something and asked people to come try her family's restaurant, cause they were going broke from no customers. After her video, people flooded her family's restaurant. This place is a gem. Hiding here in this shopping mall off to the side. It's still very asian, even though it might have a few Americanized takes on Asian food. If your in the area and like Asian food, stop by.”

“Absolutely amazing food and service. Came here for lunch and then breakfast the following morning because it was so good. The hot chocolate is some of the best I’ve ever had. The gluten free crepes are very good as well. Their homemade whipped cream is also incredible. Overall 10/10 experience.”

“I think the Google rating is 4.2, I would like to say for myself it is more 3.5, why? The food is fresh and over all very good. The signage and the employee communication is lacking. They communicate very little. For someone just trying it out, they are likely to get a poor impression because they simply don't know how to order. So, if you go there all the time you probably love it. If you've never been, your experience will probably be lacking. In summary, is it good? Yes. It's on the higher end of the pricing scale but it is very fresh and well made. Just take your time and ask questions. Make them answer. Don't order until you are sure what you are getting and it will be fine.”

“Was happy to find another one in Wyoming. The pizza was good. Toppings were worth it. Only bad thing is you have to eat in your vehicle, no where inside to eat. Fountain machine for the gas station was all carbonation, they didn't seem to care when we said something.”

“I've been stuck here for a few days due to the weather. While the service has been great overall, I've noticed some issues. First, if you order a bean and beef burrito, don't be surprised if you get a bean and bean burrito instead. Second, the restrooms aren't cleaned very often. Trash that was in there at 6am was still there at 9pm. Third, the toilet seats in the men's restroom have become very loose and are about to break off. This place has really tanked compared to when they renovated it. The A&W is gone but there's still adverts for it on the highway signs. They apparently had their own restaurant but it's no longer a thing unless you want to count the typical truckstop junk food, like fried burritos and corn dogs.”

“Awesome little 50s style/themed diner open 24 hours. I’ve only been here twice in two weeks but it’s pretty darn good for small town USA. Cozy, comfortable and relaxed atmosphere for people who desire such. I had some green chili on one of my breakfasts and it was the bomb. Next dish was the biscuits and gravy with eggs and a side of sausage. Everyone knows biscuits and gravy are hit and miss depending on the biscuits. These biscuits were soft, flaky and great. A must try. Penny’s is a nice little hidden gem.”

“We found this place on google. Rated very well! My rating: Food 4/5 Service 1/5 Value 5/5 I tried to order over the phone, I called a few times with no answer. When they did answer, I placed my order and was told 30 min. “Sounds good to me!!” Once we arrived, no parking (not a big deal). They also don’t have a clear entrance. When you enter, there isn’t an area for where to go. The sign “wait to be seated” is past the bathrooms and bar area. When I stood by the sign they asked what I was doing. “I’m here for to-go. I just wasn’t sure where to go…” “Oh just stand over there. Someone will help you.” And she walked away. There were two parties ahead of me that also hadn’t been helped. No one greets you when you come in, and the host table (with no host) is a regular table with napkins and silverware (should I seat myself?) and when you say hi to servers they won’t acknowledge you. I tipped the to go individual for her time. Food is sooo worth it. But based on service for to-go, I don’t think I would ever dine-in. *Lots of really good food for a good price. But difficult service*”

“Large roomy place. Great, attentive service! Entrees come with soup & salad bar. We both got clam chowder and it was pretty good. The salad bar had lots of choices! I had Chicken Parmesan. The chicken was good and was already sliced—which is great. My husband had Beef Stroganoff. He said it was good, although there was no sour cream taste to it at all, and that’s what makes it stroganoff. It looks like a muddy mess on the plate—ha! But don’t let that discourage you from ordering it.”

“Amazing delicious food! I spent a week in the area & ate here twice. First stop I got to go. Basic combo plate with an enchilada & taco. When the total came to $15, I thought “this better be good!.” I was not disappointed. Take out was packaged very well with chips & salsa. Side of lettuce, pick & quac. The taco was very hearty& the chicken enchiladas were so flavorful. Had to come back for the $1 margaritas special. (On a Saturday too). Couldn’t decided what to order. The server recommended the shrimp tacos. Definitely the best shrimp tacos I’ve ever had. 10/10”

“Enchilada dinner was good. Cheese dip with beans in it was really good also. The green chili stew had a good flavor and I like hot food but it was way too hot to eat. Truck parking for about 15 to 20 trucks you cannot park on the concrete. When you’re looking at the restaurant park either on the left side of it or directly in front of it in the small dirt patch. They told me they will be closing by the first of the year if they cannot get anybody to work. They said nobody wants to work.”
