“I had a great time at Nell's coffee downtown in Rock Springs, WY. It was my first time trying biscuits and gravy, and I was blown away by how tasty they were. The biscuits were fluffy and buttery, and the gravy was rich and creamy. The coffee was also excellent, smooth and aromatic. The service was friendly and fast, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I highly recommend Nell's coffee to anyone looking for a delicious breakfast or brunch spot.”

“Absolute must stop! This is a hidden gem in this area of Wyoming. This place had a killlller menu from energy fusions with pineapple & cupcake flavors with cherry cold foam and they also serve soft serve ice cream, even w/ some drinks. They had blonde espresso which I highly appreciated! I also had the half order of biscuits & gravy and it was good- would of been perfect with a dash of heat or maybe some more pepper! I wish they served the Birria Ramen on another day other than Wednesday, but it seems there menu changes often. This place WILL be my go-to place when I'm driving by.”

“Had a nice time with my mom sister and niece. They have low cost slots which are great for my mom because she can play all day and only lose $50. On occasion she may walk away with a couple hundred. My sister did well. I did too until the touch screen button which sits a little too close to the spin button to be an accident will up your bet 10 times if you brush it with your sleeve. Which put me from up 200 to even. Only because I had planned to stop at 180 and couldn't believe it I had suddenly lost half my money in five spins. I've seen the same basic thing on many machines the highest bet is always right next to the spin button. Again my biggest problem was that you have to push the spin button and it clicks. There is no indication given to you that you are now betting 10 times more than you were. It's not the fault of the restaurant but the slot machine industry. Still didn't see much of the staff the woman in the cage was rude. Otherwise the locals are great. Go have a good time just keep an eye on that machine.”

“Great meal on a busy highway! Spectacular food and top-notch service! The waitress is fabulous and always busy doing something! Extremely efficient and friendly! The food didn't take too long and was wonderful! This isn't a "frozen patty" hamburger establishment!!! The food was fresh and tasty! Impressive menu and all the locals are on hand of what seemed like a common everyday occurrence! They know good food! It's worth the stop! There is plenty to look around at on the walls and cases full of sports autographs for sale! Enjoy!”

“It's located on the corner of 2 busy highways and easy to drive on by.....but you'll be sorry you did! Whether on vacation or just driving by, YOU HAVE TO STOP! You've "never" had an ice cream cone this "enormous" in your entire life!!!! Fun for the kids or entire family! Just a warning to be ready! When you get the first one, you'll realize you need to downsize for the triple scoop to a single! People we spoke to were on vacation, and another couple drove from nearly 50 miles away just to eat ice cream here! Incredible! There are lots of other menu items, and I will say, the pizza is excellent! I overheard comments from the locals about how good the sandwiches were! In addition, there's drinks of all kinds along with travelers' souvenirs! This business is full from front to back and side to side! Well worth the stop to see what you want or need! Have fun!”

“Amazing! I wasn’t optimistic that there would be anything for me at this place. My friends selected it. They were happy to make me a vegan sandwich and it was delicious. It was delicious! They were so nice/great about it. I hate being difficult at restaurants and they made it a non issue. Thank you!”

“If you haven't been to Eve's for brunch on Sundays you are missing out on a great experience. All three dishes my Husband and I ordered were mouth watering. The brunch menu was pretty impressive yet very affordable. I also had a yummy peach bellini. The aromas and flavors took me to another place. The views of the golf course greens give great ambiance. Remember brunch is only on Sunday and reservations are not required but they are appreciated.”

“Everything was delicious. We were passing through this place and needed to eat and we loved it. My husband ordered the Mongolian beef and I ordered the basil beef and shrimp fried rice. Definitely worth going to eat here. We ordered take out. But we loved the food. Make sure to ask for utensils or chopsticks.”

“Honestly, not terribly bad food for a fast food place. The fish taco was filling and flavorful. This location also has healthy, refreshing smoothies. Staff seemed a little frazzled but were kind and apologetic about everything. Overall pleasantly suprised”

“Tex-Mex Delight: Santa Fe Restaurant Review: Santa Fe Southwest Grill - A Tex-Mex Delight in Rock Springs, Wyoming Located in the heart of Rock Springs, Wyoming, Santa Fe Southwest Grill is a hidden gem that promises a delightful culinary journey through Tex-Mex and American flavors. As a self-proclaimed food enthusiast, I couldn't wait to try out their renowned Border Burger, which I had heard countless rave reviews about. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat. Ambiance: Stepping into Santa Fe Southwest Grill, I was immediately captivated by its warm and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant was adorned with vibrant Southwestern-inspired decor, creating a cozy and welcoming environment. The rustic wooden accents and subtle lighting set the stage for a pleasant dining experience, making it the perfect place to unwind with family and friends. Service: One of the highlights of my visit to Santa Fe was the exceptional service provided by our server, Andrea. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine friendliness were evident from the moment she greeted us at the table. She patiently answered all our questions and offered helpful recommendations, making our dining experience all the more enjoyable. Menu and Food: The menu at Santa Fe Southwest Grill boasts a tempting selection of Tex-Mex and American dishes, catering to a variety of taste preferences. After much contemplation, I decided to go for their highly-acclaimed Border Burger, and boy, was it a wise choice! The Border Burger was simply extraordinary. The first bite sent my taste buds into a frenzy of flavors, and I immediately understood why people couldn't stop talking about it. The patty, made from their freshly ground hamburger, was cooked to perfection, exuding juiciness and a smoky char that hinted at the quality of their ingredients. The accompanying toppings, such as pulled pork, bacon, and zesty fried onions, all complemented each other brilliantly, creating a symphony of flavors in every mouthful. To top it off, the brioche bun was soft, yet sturdy enough to hold everything together without getting soggy. Chips and Salsa: Before the main course, we were served a basket of crispy, freshly fried tortilla chips alongside a bowl of vibrant salsa. The chips were addictively crunchy, and the salsa was a revelation. Bursting with the freshness of ripe tomatoes, cilantro, onions, and just the right amount of spice, it was an ideal accompaniment to whet our appetites. Drinks: I decided to pair my Border Burger with a refreshing glass of unsweetened tea. It was evident that the tea had been freshly brewed, as its subtle, natural flavors worked wonders in balancing the richness of the burger. Moreover, it was a perfect choice to beat the Wyoming heat. Final Thoughts: Santa Fe Southwest Grill surpassed all my expectations, leaving me with a memorable dining experience. The attention to detail in their food preparation, especially grinding their hamburger in-house, sets them apart from the rest. Coupled with the inviting ambiance and exceptional service from Andrea, this restaurant deserves every bit of praise it receives. If you find yourself in Rock Springs, Wyoming, and have a hankering for some Tex-Mex and American goodness, don't miss the chance to dine at Santa Fe Southwest Grill. I highly recommend indulging in their delectable Border Burger, alongside their outstanding chips and salsa. Be prepared to savor every moment as you embark on a culinary journey that showcases the best of Southwest flavors and hospitality.”

“This restaurant, inside the Outlaw Inn, offered a nice variety of food options and the indoor "patio" was skylit and comfortable. Their house made strawberry vinaigrette tasted like farm fresh berries. Eric was an excellent server. The upstairs bar offers a full menu and is welcoming with a small patio and plenty of indoor seating. There is currently some active remodeling. I can't speak to the hotel amenities, we only stopped for lunch. The parking lot was accommodating to our trailer which a different eatery was not.”

“Fantastic food here! Stopped nearby for fuel and saw this place. Great choice authentic food. Fresh Made tortillas, too. Had the caldas de res, which was perfect. Also had a mushroom quesadilla in fesh made corn tortilla. And had a barbacoa taco just to test and it was super. Highly recommended. Cash only.”

“A time capsule is what you fall into if you take the exit in the last vast nothing of I80 in Wyoming, or the first depending in your direction of travel. On the surface you may find it a basic travel center for tractor trailers and autos alike via a Sinclair fuel station. But, if you decide to stay a while and experience the hotel for the night or the hotel lounge for the evening you will find yourself in a time warp. Awaking in the prime of automotive travel, perhaps you spent the day stopping at roadside attractions, expect to unwind in a room where you wouldn't have been shocked to see a Sinatra or Presley type crooning over a booth. Great burgers for sure, Wyoming beers on tap, cocktails etc. are all done to expectations and satisfaction. The room at the hotel was charmed and equally a part of the time transportation experience. Dated at first glance, upon closer inspection you find a well cared for and maintained facility. It was a fun stop.”

“Buffalo burgers are the best!!! The breakfast burrito is also great. This is one of my favorite truck stops because they have bathtubs!!! Ever since becoming a trucker, baths are something that I really miss. It was so nice to take one. The store has a bunch of gifts and trinkets for your family. I run i80 a lot and always try to plan my trips so I can stop here.”

“Came in for breakfast and felt welcomed right away. The place was clean and so was the restroom. The eggs with bacon was good. The biscuits and gravy was just ok. They served sausage links instead of crumbled sausage. The gravy was bland and milky. Not a bad place to eat at all. I'd come back.”

“How can they always manage to install the coffee creamer package in the machine so that it shoots everywhere when you use it. The other ones in town dont have this problem.”

“First impression as you walk is the cigarette smoke baked into the walls on the bar side. Nasty. I would compare the food to a Denny's, not great but edible. It appeared to be a pretty popular hangout for the locals. If you're Hungry and hankering for so so cafe comfort food give it a shot.”

“Great little place, right off I-80. The waitresses were super friendly. It is definitely a family atmosphere, not a place for a quiet meal (I have to say, I really liked that). The menu is overwhelming - meaning there is *so* much to choose from! I wish we had more time to delve into the multitude of options for shakes and old fashion sodas. Speaking of time... this is NOT a fast food joint. A polite disclaimer on the back of the menu tells you that all meals are made to order, and to please be patient. I had the BLT and fries. My kids had the burgers. I thoroughly enjoyed mine, theirs got mixed reviews (hence the 3 stars on the food, but mine personally was a 5). Place was packed with locals, so I think that says a lot. Personally, I will atop there again if given the chance.”
