“A casual place ‘where everybody knows your name’. Located in an area with many seniors, it appears a favourite for the elderly. Ordered fish and chips. Really enjoyed the fish (soft as butter) and the outstanding fries. The bike parking is invisible unfortunately. If you are visiting Ottawa, you want to visit this restaurant for a local experience rather than some of the touristy places downtown (free Pepsi top up).”

Very few business can keep such high quality year after year. Great place for sandwiches, salads, delicious pastries and of course coffee and tea. “Definitely a good experience, we showed up with a half hour to close and still got the full treatment. Stayed past close and was never asked to hurry or anything of the sort, they just did their thing while we finished up. Had the cheesecake crepe, not so much cheesecake, more like light cream cheese and fruit. A little deceiving but still really delicious, and light. Perfect mix of cheese to fruit to honey. The crepe itself was fresh, warm, and perfectly done. The latte was great, they use great beans. The place has a cozy feel to it. The service was quick and friendly. No issues to speak of. Why 4 stars and not 5? I just didn't get that "wow" feel, but definitely nothing negative to report. Will be back to see what the other crepes are like, as well as the other tasty goodies they had.”

“My office has ordered from them twice now, but I have only tried their meat lovers. Plenty of toppings, good amount of cheese, and one touch I've found here that I haven't seen elsewhere, is they used ground beef in the meat sauce, on the meat lovers. People in the office seem to either like it or dislike it (because it's unusual and unexpected on a pizza), but I think it's something unique that they do, and I enjoy it. It's a heavy, greasy pizza that they make. But, if you were looking for something in a similar style to say, Willy's or Gabriel's, I'd say this place is a better option for a similar style pizza.”

“I went with a small group of friends and all who ordered the Bill's Burger agreed that it was very dry. But I got to say, we all agreed that the fries were DELICIOUS! Thin, crispy but not burnt. The roasted garlic sauce was INCREDIBLE. I would buy a tub of it if I could. The salad can be skipped. The service was a mess. The table was sticky, burgers came without lettuce or tomato. Our table had flies constantly flying around. The table across the room received partially correct food. The waitress really did her best during the lunch time rush, fixing kitchen order mistakes and make sure we were comfortable.”

I stopped in and bought a large Won Ton soup to go and I instantly fell in love. This place has to be the absolute VERY BEST place if you are a won ton soup lover.
