“I came here for a drag show and it was so much fun! I had the gnocchi as my main and it was the best I’ve ever had... it was so soft and creamy. Tonight was family night so there were staff in the play area with games and tattoos for the kids the food seemed fresher and for the most part the staff were on the ball.. sadly it took five times to get apple slices as they were not in the happy meal even though they were on the receipt. Still a better experience than last year.”

The best thing about this place is customer service. The staff was very nice and helpful. I wasn’t satisfied with the buttermilk scone, it felt very doughy. So I just wanted to ask if it was made today and they offered us a return or replacement with an other item. Because I wasn’t sure what I wanted, they got me two better baked goods. I’d like to thank them again here, it was a nice experience. Other than these, the coffee was good, grilled cheese was small but delicious.”

“So I usually frequent this place on my way into work periodically if I feel like grabbing a quick bite, and typically use the drive through. This morning the lineup was way too long so I figured I'd go inside instead...BIG MISTAKE!! The lineup inside was just as long but the staff were too busy fighting with each other and being unprofessional to really do anything about it. Between the bickering, some were trying to do their jobs but being sabotaged by some clearly immature coworkers that decided it was appropriate to announced aloud it was someone's birthday the next day instead of helping out. Oh and to make it better decided it was a good idea to walk through the restaurant laughing at the massive lineup of people and swear about his colleague that just called him out for not doing his job before leaving them with this mess! All around terrible experience and I will not be returning here after today.”

“We had our wedding last month and we bought a 2 layer cake from this place. We had a chocolate cake with caramel filling and the whole outside was icing and designed like a tree stump. It looked amazing and tasted even better. It was so moist and we had left overs for days after and it stayed fresh the whole time. They delivered perfectly on time at the venue as well. “This morning my Mother and I went for a coffee at the MacDonalds on Innes Rd. in Orleans and we had a lovely experience. The young lady that took out on the machine was very pleasant and sweet but the young gentleman that took our money and gave us our order at the window was amazing. It was 6:20am and he was just so friendly and pleasant, he stated our exact order right down to how many butter were in the bag for our muffin. Now a days I find many people like to state the negative experience they have and not the positive as much but today this young man made our day, we want to thank you and we hope that you are recognized for being an amazing employee. “Definitely a good experience, we showed up with a half hour to close and still got the full treatment. Stayed past close and was never asked to hurry or anything of the sort, they just did their thing while we finished up. Had the cheesecake crepe, not so much cheesecake, more like light cream cheese and fruit. A little deceiving but still really delicious, and light. Perfect mix of cheese to fruit to honey. The crepe itself was fresh, warm, and perfectly done. The latte was great, they use great beans. The place has a cozy feel to it. The service was quick and friendly. No issues to speak of. Why 4 stars and not 5? I just didn't get that "wow" feel, but definitely nothing negative to report. Will be back to see what the other crepes are like, as well as the other tasty goodies they had.”

“I have to say that this is the best brunch I have ever had in my life. Great ambience, very cozy and warm. They serve you an entire jar of coffee, not like usual brunch place. I was so happy that their sausage was not regular morning sausages. It was the best! Also ham was pretty amazing too. My bf ordered their make your own wrap thing, it was the best wrap I’ve ever had... We had to wait for a Monday noon, but it was worth it. In fact, it’s worth the 2 hours drive from Montreal to this place lol. It’s a bit pricey compared to other chains but it’s THE BEST!”

“Fuse Fest a nice time to try them! They had a purple $6 smoothie on special, and free sample mini cups. Also samples of their protein balls - I tried a blonde one with hemp that was pleasant. Normally their smoothies are $9. The purple one was vegan, with hemp, nut milk, banana and blueberry. I think, if I had taken a picture of the sign could have listed the ingredients accurately. But very refreshing. Usually I give 4* for tasty but 5* for exquisite. I would eat here again, and go for items that have my fave ingredients. Cheers to Fuse Fest!!”
