“We live locally and The Good Earth is one of our favourite spots. The servers know us as regulars and treat us like family. Nicolette (the fabulous owner) always tries to pop out and say hi. We were just there to celebrate my parents 40th wedding anniversary in late August, the sun was shining, the gardens were buzzing with bees, the music was live and fabulous, the wine was cold and delicious and food and service was impeccable as always. Even on a very busy Sunday with 15 of us! I can’t say enough about this little piece of paradise other than you have to go check it out for yourself.”

“Went with friends last night. Excellent food, great value, and fantastic service. I had the ribs with bakes beans and cheesy cauliflower. So good. My husband had a burrito bowl that he loved. Friends had the beef brisket and said it was the best they've ever had. We had dessert....the Lemon cheesecake, coconut brownie and Mississippi mud pie - all excellent. Fresh flavours and perfect seasoning on everything. Our server was very friendly and food came out promptly. The bill for hubby and I came to $75 for two entrees, 3 drinks, and a dessert. Will be back for sure.”

“The staff was really patient and kind with us. We had to return the water because it had a really off-putting flavour to it and they were understanding. I liked how they provided us with a container of coffee for the table, too. The only downside is that it is so unbelieveably expensive but I do keep in mind it is a tourist area. The food was decent, as well. They had vegan options for my friend, which was much appreciated. It has a really homey feel to it, as well.”

“The food is exceptional- local, seasonal, unique and always delicious! The best dining experience in Niagara Falls, but hidden on the main strip! The food is served in courses and are timed perfectly. The menu is laid out to give you an abundance of great choices for the courses too! The service is amazing- the staff notably and honestly express their opinions of their favorite choices on the menu. (they're always right). There was an issue with one of our plates so they took the time to ask us what the issue was so they could improve on their end. So professional. They compensated our bill respectably (and unexpectedly) so it was still a wonderful dining experience. We will be back every season and every time the menu changes!”

“At first, I was a bit skeptical due to the cleanliness of the washrooms. However, after taking a look over the menu and speaking with the server about a couple of things she may suggest, this was seriously the most fantastic experience that I have ever had at a non-chain type restuarant. “Everything I read about the Sandstone was true. The ambiance was warm and the staff welcoming. Barry was our server and he bent over backwards to make us happy. Now, I'm a fan of a good Caesar and they make their hot and spicy with HORSERADISH! Who would have thought. Brilliant! The food was perfect too. Denny raved about the Atlantic Salmon with Lobster cream sauce and I dug into the best New York I've had in years. Recommendations were well appreciated and I hope mine will let even more people experience one of the best restaurants in Niagara.”
