“Because they used top-of-the-line ingredients. I noticed a huge difference between Papa John's and most pizzerias. Greasy pizza makes my stomach feel uncomfortable. After Papa John's I feel like I ate a good meal. They obviously use better quality cheese and dough than most places. I don't even have grease at the bottom of the box when I ordered chicken and beef on it. (one of the employees said if I ordered pepperoni or bacon there would have been a little bit of Grease though) Papa John's is all about quality. It's the only pizza now that I will feed to my family.”

“Newly renovated, very nice, had a little bit of trouble when discussing my order with the employees but overall they were very kind and understanding. Has a great play place for kids and a great environment to relax and enjoy your food. The lines were not too long because they support their my McDonald's app which allows you to mobile order your food. Bathrooms were a little tight but overall good quality. The place was nice and I would definitely recommend it and personally go again.”

“Was in town for the Ontario Provincial disc golf Championships. We were a group of 4 and we were surprised that they were not very busy for a friday at 7:00pm. The food was great and the service was excellent. They told us if there was anything that they were out of and to let them know. One on my group loved the breaded scallops so they whipped up a fresh batch for him. Highly recommended!”

“I was lucky enough to FINALLY get a chance to eat here, and not have to cross the border. It was well worth the wait. Flavorful,filling bread filled with fresh cold cuts or hot off the grill. I've had the Original Italian and Club supreme. Both were fantastic, and piled high and fresh!! The only thing holding back Jersey Mike's in Canada is there are too few locations!! The other hoagie shops finally have some righteous competition!!!”

The staff is too busy talking to each other to help customers, including two of the staff hugging each other while im standing there waiting. “Hi! I had lunch here today for my first time, and I enjoyed the experience. It's well decorated, comfortable, and Italian, with some charming Italian music also. My lunchmates and I all ordered from the lunch menu, and were all pleased with our food. The food was hot and fresh, with a good amount of vegetables and other ingredients in the pastas. The portion was smaller for lunch, priced to match, and was appropriate for a lighter meal. The service was nice, and quick. The prices were a little high in my books, but the norm for pasta. It is evident that they've been in this location for some time, as I noticed wallpaper peeling, and other wear and tear, bit nothing major. I would recommend this place, I enjoyed it, and would go again.”

“Staff is friendly and manager is not afraid to step in and help a customer out. Selection of ingredients is a Subway standard, staff is well trained and does not cut crooked sandwiches. Place is very clean and there are decent stylish wood grain tables to sit at. Atmosphere is very friendly and homey, the coldness of the mall stops at the door! Toilets are spacious, clean and private. I would give six stars!”
