“This is my go to pizza place. Flavors are so good. If you want a spicy pizza this is the place to do it. No need to put hot sauce get jalapenos as a topping then add free toppings chilli flakes with fresh garlic to give it an extra kick. Even a regular pizza from there is delicious. I had leftovers and brought it to work I had a lot of guys ask me where I got the pizza from. I proudly said Ginos.”

“Located in a nice looking plaza along Victoria Road. Nice comfortable, attractive decor. Specialty coffee, sweets and light meals, mostly sandwiches. Americano was quite nice -robust. Service is OK. Not friendly, but efficient. Cash or debit for sales under $15.Not sure if they actually roast their own beans (yet). I read an article that they were planning to roast in the future, but not sure if it's happening yet. Either way, above-average coffee in Waterloo Region.”

The staff members and crew are okay, yet they don't seem to pay attention to the details requested by customers and questions and answers could be repeated at least once to confirm orders. The location on Victoria Street is great and easily accessible to customers from Kitchener. Quality of food is okay, but other A&W locations could have better quality. It can get busy between 12-2 pm, and the parking lot is not bad.”

There are always people in line everytime I've went but the staff take care of the orders quickly while listening to your requests with care. I recommend the lime marinated chicken with the works for toppings. Try the hot sauce as well.”
