“Had the gluten free pizza (pictured). Was good. Not very hard like the other places I have tried (pizza pizza and pizza depot). Need a bit more sauce I would say and make crust thicker. I guess it’s tough to do so because it’s gluten free. Great customer service as well. Anyway, Recommended! Lost a star because no bathroom if you’re eating inside on the stools. Very tiny area to eat in. Also, no free dipping sauce with the pizza.”

“This has become one of my go-to spots in Waterloo. After trying a few other places nearby, I would say this is the highest quality fish and chips among them. Such a simple and perfect product, truly. The fish taste fresh and the breading is light and as the name suggests, perfectly golden. The fries taste fresh cut and are absolutely beautiful- not too oily either, a sign of being shaken well and not rushed. The coleslaw is fresh and not overly dressed. I get the large haddock meal. I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone. This is a great and underrrated spot in Waterloo!”

“I'm giving 4 stars for pizza but 2 stars for customer service. I used to work close by and loved their pizza slices at lunch. Best sauce & crust hands down. I would definitely be ordering pizza if I lived locally, but when I'm in town I make a point to stop by as a treat. Unfortunately the customer service has gotten pretty bad . Similar to another review described, the male owner treats you like you are ruining his day by walking into his store. Hopefully this will change as feeling not welcome will not encourage walk ins.”

“Pepperoni pizza is surprisingly good and a really great price! However, we've been disappointed a few times with more complicated orders. We tried ordering multiple toppings once and were told that our pizza would cost more than advertised because we wanted "premium" toppings (this was not indicated in the menu). We also ordered multiple pizzas once and it took an extremely long time for the order to be ready (over an hour for 3 pizzas) and they weren't nearly as good as usual. They may have been understaffed, but we haven't tried a big order again.”
