Chez Muffy

My family and I were in Quebec for Christmas and we happened to sneak in for a lunch reservation a couple days before Christmas. Our experience was amazing! The restaurant itself has a great vibe and is in a fantastic old building near the river. Our server was incredible and truly made our dining experience as good as it was. On top of fantastic service, all of the food we had was delicious. I highly recommend making a reservation in advance if you are wanting to go!

My wife and I dined at Chez Muffy with our two children between Christmas and New Years. It is an amazing and historic location with a very inviting atmosphere evoking the history of the Old City. Our table staff were very attentive and courteous. The menu that evening was hearty, seasonal and delicious. Highly recommend.

Thanksgiving tasting menu was just fabulous! Presentation, fresh ingredients and great service. Kudos! We'll be back!

We had a wonderful night. Rustic and beautiful atmosphere with friendly service. We both had the open mushroom ravioli for starters. My only regret is that one is not enough. We followed through with a perfectly cooked sweetbread with vegetables and an organic steak with chanterelle mushrooms that was tender and juice and ended the evening with the cheese plate. No regrets.

Wonderful atmosphere. Solidly good menu. Kitchen was slow though. Took 2 hours to get main course, by 10. By that time we were tired and not so hungry anymore. When it did arrive it was delicious.
