    Best meal in Wakefield. Such a nice atmosphere, the food is local and amazing. I had the lamb leg dish, it was delightful and the portions were perfect.

    We LOVE The Village House! We've had more beautiful evenings there than we can count and never been disappointed. The restaurant itself if beautiful - cozy and sweet - and the people there are warm and friendly. The wine list is great and the food is amazing. We cannot wait to go back.....

    The food here is always perfect. Service is friendly and the summer patio with view of the river in Wakefield was gorgeous. Perfect romantic date for us.

    I have been a huge fan of The Village House since they opened many years ago. I just returned recently and had the best meal I have had in years. Between the epic, unmatched food and warm incredible service, this place remains outstanding. They have a glorious patio that is perfect for watching the world go by while you have a nice lunch. The dinner menu looked outstanding. It is a long drive from Toronto but I can’t wait to make it again!

    Lovely patio and wait staff. Came here for a Saturday brunch and it wasn't busy at all. The food was very delicious and unique. We ordered the rabbit leg and pork cheek sandwich. Both were really excellent. On the pricey side but well worth it!
