“All of our food was delicious! We were a little disappointed at first when we went because they were out of fried cheese sticks and lemons for our drinks. But we ordered the fried cheese ravioli instead and were glad we tried it! The bread, veal parmigiana, and spaghetti were all excellent as well! Our waiter was awesome and provided excellent service even adjusting the air vents off of us because it was very cold from the AC blowing on us where we were sitting. I highly recommend dining here if you love Italian food! We can't wait to go back!”

“Let me start off saying, if we ever come back to town and someone wanted to come here to eat, we would come back but I DEFINITELY would try something different. I would rate the street corn a 5 out of 10 and the corn nuggets were a 9.2. If they had a little more season on them, they would have been a 10. The plantains were a 7.2 and the sauce that was prepared with them was a 4.1. As far as the chicken sandwich, I wouldn’t recommend it. It wasn’t seasoned enough at all. The fries were good and thick with a nice seasoning on them. My husband had the jerk chicken, rice, and cabbage. To me the best thing was the cabbage. The rice needed a little more seasoning and the chicken in my opinion need to be cooked a little longer. However, my husband liked the chicken, cabbage, and rice but also thought it needed a bit more seasoning. The staff was nice and attentive. The place was very clean with a 96 rating.”

“I put 5 stars because I wanted my post to be seen. We had to get our own beverages?? All of our food was served in styrofoam and plastic ware?? The food itself was good. The service was poor. Also if I wanted to wait on myself I would have stayed at home and if I wanted my wanted my food in take away containers I would have ordered it that way and took it home. Service and presentation have gone way down hill since our last visit. 😢”

“I've been to a lot of Outbacks in my travels, and this is by far the best overall experience I've ever had in one. All 4 of our steaks were cooked perfectly. Service was excellent. I tried a couple of their new mixed drinks and they were awesome as well. Great flavor & balance. I noticed the manager walking around checking on people & helping with food. Just a great experience & great atmosphere. Looks like it was just remodeled too. Definitely recommend this Outback!”

“Atmosphere is the first thing you notice, the the customer service is the best. Very prompt about removing the dirty dish that you just finished. The most attractive thing though is the food that is prepared just as you ask. For me it was the onion soup and a T-Bone med rare with the Spanish rice. Just wonderful! No steak sauce needed”

“Visiting Florence area this past weekend, and we decided to try something local and original. We were between steak or Italian and opted for Italian. Thus place came recommended on Google Maps, and boy are we glad. The good was very good and the small pizza was amazing. My wife did the Spaghetti and meatballs and it was very good too. We finished it off with some homemade desserts and it was all very affordable and awesome.”

“Food was pretty good, but almost couldn’t enjoy it because service was so bad. Cashier was extremely rude. Did not greet customers at all and was trying to do 3 things at once. Seemed to be overworked and that’s probably not her fault, but it doesn’t feel good as a customer when you are standing in line to wait that long and you have a line of people behind you thinking the same thing. Nobody ever asked us if we needed anything. I probably won’t be back because the food can be excellent, but poor service leaves a bad taste in your mouth.”
