This is a really good place to come if you have a gluten allergy. They have gluten free buns available upon request for the burgers and of course a variety of sushi that can be made gluten free. The service depends on who you get but usually it's above average. Also I love the options they have for the kids meals. It's a perfect place for me and my husband to enjoy together since it combines two different cuisines we're both happy! :)
Excellent food, amazing service, was a wonderful first visit. Loved that we can find something for everyone- great sushi and huge burgers that look and taste amazing. Thanks!
I’ve been to Cowfish twice now...once for a child’s birthday party and once for dinner with friends. The birthday party was so much fun, the kids had such a great time, and one of the owners led the sushi class and was so great with the kids.
When we went there for dinner, we got there about an hour and a half before closing. Most places will try to rush you so they can get you out of there by closing time, but not here. The staff was so friendly and helpful and laid back and kept reassuring us that it was alright that we were there so late and to take our time. The food was delicious and we will definitely go back!
Met up with a friend for lunch at the Summit...had not heard of this place but she recommended. Such a great place! Love the atmosphere and the menu was quite varied. Decided on the turkey burger and definitely was not disappointed. Loved the side of cucumber salad, but be prepared... it has some heat. Several servers tended to us and all were extremely nice. Manager came over and checked on all the customers to make sure all was good.
Cracking their door open on Aug 23, at 11 AM, and greeted by a mob of waitstaff. One of them cheerfully informed me that it was "full service restaurant". I'll confess, I've never heard the term in that context, and it threw me for a moment.
So I finally settled at the bar, and ordered what I came for, THE ALL-AMERICAN BACON DOUBLE CHEESEBURGOOSHI . The beautifully described mystery tantalized me.
It's a curious thing. It is shaped like sushi, and even uses soy paper to control the shape of the substance, but it taste pure American. It has all the burger ingredients...ground beef, cheese, bacon, tomato, onion, ketchup, mustard and pickle. But the soy bread gives it a peculiar structure and approach to eating it.
It was excellent, and I would try it again, but now I'm more interested in tackling the rest of the menu.
Thank you, the waitress was wonderful, and the food was fantastic.
