“I highly recommend bowl. if you enjoy whole, healthy foods! Their ingredients are quality and fresh and the dressings are delicious. The kale bowl is my favorite - and it is HUGE! When we moved back to Birmingham over the summer, I was worried we would not have fast, healthy food options that we were used to in Charleston and D.C. Bowl. has filled a void in the Birmingham food scene. I also appreciate that they have their own free delivery service and you do not have to go through an app. It is faster, better service than UberEats etc. and I would rather spend my money directly at local restaurants rather than having a company in silicon valley take a cut. We will definitely keep ordering bowl. regularly and feel good about it because it is so healthy! Update: They removed the Kale Bowl from the menu.”

“Nice, clean, fresh, fast. Healthier vibe. Sitting on outside patio was nice. Lamb gyro was pretty good, but not as flavorful as I was hoping (not bad or bland, just not quite enough). Next time I'll get the Lamb and "S..." sauce and maybe that will be what I was hoping for. Chips came as a side and I chose the pasta salad (good) as my other side. Mediterranean Salad was ok, nothing special. Wife didn't like that she had to cut her own tomatoes. A little pricey for a lighter lunch ($23 for two), but probably not any more than similar restaurants. We'll be back to try more items. Oh yeah, wife says sweet tea was really good.”

“Your Pie made My Pie, and just the way I like it. It's nice to go into a restaurant and customize your meal. They had all kinds of toppings and you can add on a salad or desert at a reasonable price. This was my first visit to this restaurant in the Uptown District, just around the corner from the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Center and it was well worth it. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Can't wait to visit again on my next visit to Birmingham!”

Not only is it a small business owned by people that seem like the salt of the earth, each sandwich, no matter how large your order, tastes good every time. The employees are so friendly, and they are always so flexible. I would recommend this for any corporate lunch, picnic lunch, or better yet just pack it for a lake weekend. Only problems we have had so far is whenever we add white sauce along with red sauce to the pizza, they forget the red sauce and barely put any white sauce.
