“I am always very happy with the quality and service from this location. The first thing I noticed when I walked in for the very first time was that the place was sparkling clean from the top of the windows to the counter tops, glass dividers, and down to the floor. That is always a good sign for food establishment. The next thing that struck me was how friendly and helpful all the staff was. There were several employees working and they all were smiling and it looked like they were having fun and didn’t hate their job. I’m sure I don’t have to tell you how rare of a thing that is to find in customer service these days. I’m not sure who runs or manages this location but I get the feeling they are doing it right. My wife and I have been back multiple times since and am always happy with the quality of the food and the excellent customer service. Keep up the great work Papa Murphy’s.”

My Mom is a little eccentric but our waitress went along with her and went out of her way. We had a wonderful time. The restaurant was clean and everyone was super friendly.”

“I have never been inside this restaurant so I know nothing of the décor or ambience. But I do have food delivered at least once a month and have done so for at least the past ten years if not more. The Hot and Sour soup is the best in town and always a sure cure for a sinus issue or cold and flu! Consistently good food, always delivered hot and the order is correct. Always more food than I can eat at one sitting. But I never throw any away! It's that good. I like that they have their own delivery. I hate paying for delivery services that only care about their profit and not about your food. Love the Garlic Chicken, Spring Rolls and pretty much everything else I ever tried.”

“Didn’t appear super busy - waited 10 minutes then decided to sit at bar. Heather, the bartender was nice and doing her best considering. This was the absolute most inefficient set up I have ever witnessed. I hope the manager takes note and helps the bartender out a little bit. There were no less than five employees at the register behind the bar, apparently all clocking in. Because none of them were helping her; but we’re completely in her way and no one was considerate enough to even step out of the way. It seemed that someone could at least help her clean the dishes and her working area up. or perhaps, someone could go check on her food orders and bring them to the bar for her since she was mixing drinks for the entire restaurant. Was this the only place for people to clock in? If so, maybe consider having another register available to clock in. Because to your guest it appears there are several people standing around watching one person work very inefficiently. The food came out hot and was good. It was pretty irritating to watch the and efficiency and how the other employees were unwilling to help out.”

“I almost never order Domino’s, since Jet’s Pizza is close by. But I ordered a small, thin crust, chicken, spinach, and mushroom pizza with garlic parm sauce. The website is really user friendly, and I was able to track my order. The site said that my pizza would in 32 minutes, and it got here in about the 10-15! I was delicious and cooked perfectly! “This visit was significantly slower than usual but with their recent renovation and staff members receiving training (on our order) the food came out with not a single shred of lettuce out of place. With some practice, this will be their norm and the speed will increase. Slow and steady they grow and I'll continue to go.
