“Amazing bistro in historic Madison! Joe did an incredible job with restoring the building with beautiful woodwork and ceiling tiles. Just had lunch there with my wife and son and the food was super! We had the antipasto as an appetizer followed by the chicken parm, swordfish steak, and chicken piccata and everything was great! Throw in a round of well made cocktails and we had a great time. The service was wonderful all the way around...if you haven't been there yet, you've been missing out! Well done Humphrey Brothers Bistro and Lounge!!!”

“Really nice spot! A reservation is recommended on the weekends Sunday was a tad busy. There was DJ and he was good, it was definitely a vibe. The hostess was polite and the server was nice. She was attentive and helpful. I had the chicken hash brown bowl and added a side of catfish. The catfish was amazing and the bowl was really good, maybe slightly dry. My sister had the catfish and grits and it was phenomenal. We both ordered a mimosa because we didn’t have time for bottomless. I hated they were served in a short plastic cup with straws, the presentation is so much better in a champagne flute… even a plastic one. A single glass is 8 dollars and with flavor it’s 10. We wish we had known they had flights because that was a better deal and a chance to try other flavors. I also didn’t love how low the tables were at the booths; it made eating very awkward. These was an issue with the bill but the sever and manager were very helpful and fixed it promptly. I would definitely be back to support!”

“ive worked with a lot of venues world wide, ebony is brand new, but has successfully proven to me that they are compatible to all genres of music, more showcase, on weekends, and some curiously different entertainment during the week , a very well laid out stage, floor, upper gallery, and side private vip decks one enclosed with transparent one way mirrors, and the other open for the more romantic kind of couples who enjoy not only the entertainment, but themselves. great food with occasional out door grills, a really fine clean feeling with the healthiest smiles and compliments from staff...... most important is the guests, a nicer crowd of revelors.. I LOVE THE PLACE”

“Great little bar with one pool table and a back patio. There is also a karaoke area set up. Very awesome bar tender who made the perfect sex on the beach mixed drink. Lots of tables and seating areas. Pinball machine and another arcade game I didn't quite catch the name of. Great little spot if you don't wanna go to a crowded bar. There is also a digital jukebox. Nice little spot.”

“We sat at the bar. Its a nice atmosphere especially during happy hour. Bartender was friendly, perfect balance of sarcasm and expert customer service!!! ✔ We enjoyed our few hours here. We had buffalo flat bread and spinach dip. Nothing too large but it was good.”

“Our server Parys, was extremely nice. The prices are fair and the food is good. The service is pretty quick so you can make your movie on time.”

“Good service. Wait staff was very attentive, and chef was pleasant and standard for hibachi entertainment. The usual jokes and tricks. Food...eh, just ok food. Salad dressing and white sauce (yum-yum) were mostly mayonnaise. Steak was very very thin. Plenty of rice, small meat portions. Beware they automatically add 20% tip to the bill. They had good service, but I find that practice annoying.”
