This place rocks. Say what you will about the decor Bangkok has me hooked. The food in two words "more please."

They serve some good groceries. They will make your dish as spicy as you want.

Greatest fried rice I've had in town. Try the mild spicy, it's not very mild....
Just had the Pad Almond last night and it was awesome.
You can call for pick-up, or dine in. It's about a 20-30 minute wait for a call-in order.
I've been ordering here regularly for about 2013.

If you're looking for an delicious hot meal in Downtown Anchorage then you need to eat at Bangkok Cafe.

In my opinion the soups at Bangkok Cafe will help you get over that flu faster. Not all the food here is spicy, but if you ask for spicy then you'll get nose watering spicy!

The parking is very limited, so I suggest walking here if you're nearby. There are various sized tables, but no bar. If you rather take your food to go then you'll have a 15 minute wait. Order ahead to save some time.

Anchorage's hidden secret! This off he beaten path gastronomic experience may be harder to find but the food is well worth the hunt. One can generally tell by what ingredients they use whether or not a place goes the extra mile and this is that place. The flavors, the ingredients, and the service makes this place my favorite in ANC. I've been to Thailand and this place compares! The couple that run this place always have a smile and are quick to serve, especially with water if the spice was a bit much, so caution on what level you order. This clean, great service, and fantastically flavored food restaurant I couldn't recommend enough!
