“We eat here frequently and love using the portal to pick up our pizzas. The website and portal are very easy to use. When you order online they will text you when it is ready if the time is earlier than what you were originally quoted. Our pizzas were hot and cut well - not over cooked! “Online ordering was a breeze. Unfortunately, my food didn't arrive for about an hour after their "notification" system let me know that the driver was on his way. My order was cold. Their explanation; they were "busy". There is no amount of busy that you couldn't let the customer know that their order is going to be late. They credited me a free pizza on my next order, so, at least they tried to make up for it. Which is why I changed the stars from 5 to 3.”

“Had to figure out a fast way to feed 8 hungry cubscouts and 4 adults and the hit and ready was our meal ticket this day! The food was alright, nothing to write home about or even a detailed review but alas here I am writing one to help out others! It was mid afternoon and they were not busy but we had to wait about 30 min before our order was ready because they didnt have any hot and ready made for their customers to take. Bad planning on their part but we were happy to have the meal once we got it. Everyone was happy and once we all ate we were ready to continue our cheerful service for others!”

“I ordered a late night delivery from this location and unfortunately my pizzas were incorrect and sadly it was to late at night to call for a replacement because they were closed. I reached out the next day and spoke with the manager Noah, and he was happy to send our food out correctly which we received within about 25 minutes, he was very apologetic and guest oriented. The night of the mistake i considered not going back at all but the interaction with the manager assured me that we would be taken care of no matter what.”

“Went in today at lunchtime and grabbed a quick sub.. promptly greeted as the door opened but the greeting was meh. Sounded like the guy who was greeting me was half asleep or had been hanging out next door at the Dispensary. I work in customer service and have for 20+ years. You want your customers to feel invited in, not that they're a hindrance and bothering you. And when did you stop putting pickles in with the subs??? “Their pizza is fine and dandy but their customer service leaves a sour taste. I ordered a Philly steak sandwich and wheb it arrived, one long side was so burnt, it had the consistency of plastic. The meat was jerky dry and the sandwich seemed like it had been made once, refrigerated, ran back through the oven, and it cooled off to a hardened state. I called the store to let them know and the woman on the phone not only defends the sandwich, but SHE was the one who made it! And she identified herself as the assistant manager! I would have been mortified if my employee sent that garbage out my doors with my brand name on it. I figured I'd let it go and just refrain from ordering sandwiches from there. Well, tonight I order an 8-piece boneless wings. What I received was 7 fatty, middle-of-my-palm sized boneless wings......and two burnt sad excuses for popcorn chicken that we're supposed to constitute wing 8. Not my chicken, guys. I'm not going to bother calling it in because I don't want to be belittled over chicken. I just felt management should know this quality of food is starting to become consistent...”
