“Just ordered a pepperoni pizza and Cesar salad, disappointed is an understatement. The crust and cheese proportions were off and capped with an overly thick end crust that only be as described as bordering on a delicious piece of bread to eat with a nice hearty bolognese. The salad was premixed with dressing and was completely soggy. Most of the lettuce was pink as well, so definitely beyond its peak to be served in a salad. The dressing was good, but croutons were heavy and the cheese was sparse. If you are in the mood for a nice greasy, cheesy slice, this is the place. I imagine this is the perfect place after you have been drinking. The combo of heavy, greasy cheese and thick crust is a great combination to combat the alcohol. My food was delivered promptly, at the right temp, but salad was sad and perhaps an in dining experience could be better, but after this I am not willing to commit to in dining experience. The price point is comparable to what was received, so great for something cheap and fast. If you are looking for a good slice, I suggest passing up the A-1 Pizza and continue the search.”

“I recently dropped into this place to pick up some shredded beef tacos it's a 24-hour Mexican food place so I felt it was going to be somewhat adequate something to put in my stomach late at night and I was surprised that I enjoyed the tacos. “Food was great, I ordered ceviche which satisfied my craving ! Only reason I didnt give 5 stars was because my waitress was very unattentive. I arrived about 2 hours before closing so there was only my party which consisted of two people and another party which might have been about 8 people. My waitress was more worried about cleaning and getting ready for closing than anything else, I had to look for her and wave her down multiple times. When we were finally getting ready to leave I asked for to go boxes, she brought 1 to go box and a to go cup but when I asked for an extra box she told me no she will get me a bag for my tostadas which was okay but when I went to ask for another to go box (they were tiny, and I chose to put my ceviche in a box instead of a cup) she looked at me as if I was stupid and stood there without saying a word for a good 5 seconds. She came back took the cup from me , put it on another table moved 1 dirty plate to another table and left without taking the card( even though it was at the edge of the table) , so yet again we had to wait for her to look our way and wave her down for her to take payemnt and when she finally did and came back with the card she waited for the tip to be written down and walk away then turned around and said " oh have a good night" seeming very bothered and left.”

“Just moved to Colorado two years ago and was back this week for spring break. Of course had to stop back here for some bomb Mexican food. We were so glad to see the familiar faces that work there as it’s a family business that had always been so kind to us. Not only were we greated with care and great food like always, while we were eating, a food/health inspector walked in and started to do his inspection. While he was waiting to speak with an employee from the restaurant I asked him if he could share any information from his experience with Hilibertos. It was no surprise when he said that Hibertos is one of the restaurants that has always gotten an A+ on the inspection sheet. He went into further detail about how clean and consistent they always are and my family and I can validate the same thing. Anybody on here making bad reviews is clearly just being negative and that’s a shame. I hope this family stayed in business forever as in our opinion nobody else comes close to the food and customer service!”
