“I got a bag of the regular pretzel bits & a bag of the cinnamon & sugar bits. They weren't that great & they were even less great the time before this visit. The pretzels were over cooked & dry. Not enough butter on them. I like to eat the leftovers the next day, but not this batch. Even after I warmed them up a little bit, they just weren't very good. The staff are definitely working hard, but it seems like there are issues with consistency. Maybe more training for everyone or spot checks by the owner. I think somebody should be checking the quality of the food they are putting out. And I wouldn't be coming down on the teenage kids that are working for you. I think they are doing their best. Whomever is in charge here though, must have chosen to ignore their reviews. They arent great. It wouldn't take much though & you could be Awesome! Keep at it. 🙂”

“I don't know how I missed this new coffee shop. We went in and ordered a bagel sandwich and a latte since they specialize in coffee. The price with a 25% tip was 20 dollars for the two items. Now to the place and the taste! The bagel sandwich was one of the best I have eaten. The latte was tasty and smooth. The place itself is clean and well decorated. See photos. “The young man up front and the manager are very nice and understanding. My girlfriend got an omelette unaware that there was sausage in it, the young man and the manager were very understanding and gave no issues on remaking it. I highly recommend this Kneaders alone with their French toast. Yum! 10/10 highly recommend!:)”

You can come in and sit at an empty table and do an electric order/pay and the server appears with you very good food! Highest quality fast food I've ever seen!”
