“First time trying Portillos. You should have an idea of what you want before you get there. After we sat down I seen sign about getting a combo. You walk in and there is a line to order. The staff is really nice. It was pretty busy. Very clean, employees were cleaning tables as soon as people were leaving them. I got the Maxwell polish dog, it was a little charred I definitely needed more mustard. The onion rings were amazing!! My hunny got a jumbo Chicago dog, which the regular must be tiny! He also said needed more mustard and onion. We thought he got a regular it didn't seem jumbo. Limited time only chocolate covered strawberry shake was very good!!! The atmosphere is loud, more like a sports bar,they do serve alcohol. Lots of things to look at. Also there is outdoor seating. There is a lot going on in this place. There is a separate ordering area for catering too.”

“Legitimate Back East hotdogs!!! Any AZ transplant from New England will be happy to hear these are truly a taste of home. Anyone that has never eaten a hotdog on the East Coast needs to give it a go! (It’s gotta be the water haha). Be warned; these are highly addictive. The owner Ed is also very fun to talk with whilst you enjoy. I wish he’d set up at the Queen Creek Food Truck nights so my family could have them every week.”

“I live right down the street from this place. I come in everynight after my day of work. I love the employees. It does get kind of busy during rush hours of course, being that they are next to the freeway and shopping area. But they are very quick inside. In and out you go. The only problem that I have is one employee that works there. He normally works over night, all I know is that he has a goatee. But he is very rude. Everytime I go in there, whether it be the customer in front of me, or the employees next to him. He just gives an attitude and being unprofessional. I hope corporate sees this. Other than that. Place is taken care of. Usually always stocked. And great friendly employees. :)”

“This was our first visit. Came during middle of week during lunch time so restaurant wasn't super busy. Small dining area, but nice and clean. I had the turkey, it was so moist, tender and delicious. Hubby had the smoked brisket with the jalapeno-cheddar kielbasa which was also juicy and tender. Nice portion sizes and reasonably priced for quality of food.”

“We order delivery or carryout from this location maybe twice a month and have never had a negative experience. The pizza is always fresh and the drivers/ staff are always very nice. “I love it here every time. Food is absolutely amazing, service is great, the workers are friendly, and there's not even too long of a wait for your food. Bathrooms are actually clean, good water pressure, and hot water. This is my favorite place to go for dinner after a movie or just on my way back home. Overall this place is amazing.”

“Excellent food quickly prepared. Great mall location. I ho for the meat and cheese sandwich type lunch, but they have a lot of veggie type foods. Neat twist for ordering. You can come in and sit at an empty table and do an electric order/pay and the server appears with you very good food! Highest quality fast food I've ever seen!”

“I love the food here. The toast is crazy soft and the lemonade is delicious. Gotta admit the chicken portion has gotten smaller since they first opened but other than that, it is so good! Also enjoyed the coleslaw and they had green lemonade for St. Patrick's day. Will always come back to here to eat. The atmosphere is good for family and the teens LOVE to go here too. I buy extra of the Cane's sauce because it's that good.”

“The drive through food from this location is usually pretty good even once it's all the way home! I am usually not the one going to get it, so I can't comment on the drive through experience itself but, they often forget items or get them wrong. It's pretty much just a standard default that there will be something missed every time. Late night taco bell that's what you get hahahah! :)”
