“I got a bag of the regular pretzel bits & a bag of the cinnamon & sugar bits. They weren't that great & they were even less great the time before this visit. The pretzels were over cooked & dry. Not enough butter on them. I like to eat the leftovers the next day, but not this batch. Even after I warmed them up a little bit, they just weren't very good. The staff are definitely working hard, but it seems like there are issues with consistency. Maybe more training for everyone or spot checks by the owner. I think somebody should be checking the quality of the food they are putting out. And I wouldn't be coming down on the teenage kids that are working for you. I think they are doing their best. Whomever is in charge here though, must have chosen to ignore their reviews. They arent great. It wouldn't take much though & you could be Awesome! Keep at it. 🙂”

“We stopped in for Lunch and seated immediately. Upon entry there was 5 hostess. . . After being seated it took a fair amount of time to see someone to order. The chips and salsa served was ok. Chips had not been cooked and chewy not crunchy. Never asked if we wanted other drinks, just received water. After waiting for someone to take out order we asked for Guacamole and it never came. The food was mediocre at best, smaller portions and food was not very hot upon arriving at our table. Getting the bill noticed the guacamole was added but never received at our table. . . Not sure my wife, Son and I will be back soon.”

“I received a Salce Sampler Pack as a gift and I was so excited to try the different flavors!! They are all super delicious and I can't wait to try them on different foods to bring out amazing flavors! All the flavors are so good but I think my favorite so far is Pineapple Jalapeno and Honey Habanero! They have just the right amount of heat and so much flavor! I will definitely be ordering from Salce in the near future because I will always need a bottle on hand for any given moment!”

I tasted bland as compared to other places around QC that offer similar products. They are cheaper than Filibertos by around $1.50 after tax but will keep paying the extra $1.50 for what I believe is a better nacho.”

“First time trying Portillos. You should have an idea of what you want before you get there. After we sat down I seen sign about getting a combo. You walk in and there is a line to order. The staff is really nice. It was pretty busy. Very clean, employees were cleaning tables as soon as people were leaving them. I got the Maxwell polish dog, it was a little charred I definitely needed more mustard. The onion rings were amazing!! My hunny got a jumbo Chicago dog, which the regular must be tiny! He also said needed more mustard and onion. We thought he got a regular it didn't seem jumbo. Limited time only chocolate covered strawberry shake was very good!!! The atmosphere is loud, more like a sports bar,they do serve alcohol. Lots of things to look at. Also there is outdoor seating. There is a lot going on in this place. There is a separate ordering area for catering too.”

“My soup was hot and delicious! I had the Golden Curry Soup. Perfect for a cold & rainy Grand Opening day. My Combo of a whole veggie sandwich and 1/2 soup order was prepared pretty fast. I realize the workers are still learning. For instance, the cashier gave me the wrong receipt so I had to go get the right one before I left. Loved the bread that came with the soup. You also can get saltine and oyster crackers in the condiment area. The free chocolate-covered strawberry was a nice touch. Very glad we now have another family-friendly restaurant nearby!”

“We came here for my son’s birthday to play some games but decided to eat as well. Food was disappointing to say the least. Nachos 2/10- because the chips were so stale. We also ordered Parmesan Fries, Queso, Kid’s Pizza, Kid’s Mac n Cheese, Chicken Potstickers, and Wings. We enjoyed the wings but everything else was meh. However, their Watermelon Margarita was delicious! Service was great from the time we entered we were greeted by the hostess and seated right away. Our waitress was very attentive and prompt, so she made up for the disappointing food. But we were here to have fun playing games, which turned the experience around because the games were so much fun. They have a bigger variety of games compared to Fat Cat’s down the street. The games cater to older kids and adults, which is a plus for big families. Not gonna lie, the game cards are very pricey but worth it because of the big variety of games. They also have a better prize selection than their competitors. All in all, you should come to Dave and Buster’s to enjoy drinks and have fun playing games but definitely eat before hand. 😅”

“I had lunch from this subway today and had a really great experience. Stephanie, the manager, helped me and from the second I walked in she was attentive to me. She was kind, fun, and made suggestions for my sandwich. And that sandwich was one of the best subway sandwiches I’ve had. The other employee working joined in on the conversation and was also pleasantly fun to talk to. They made a point to interact with me and I’m glad they did. I will definitely be coming back. “Took myself to lunch here today and SO GLAD I did!! The place is super cute and the staff were very friendly. I sat at the bar and Johnny took care of me 😊 I ordered their mule and decided on the fish and chips. I couldn’t decide and Johnny told me to order something I hadn’t had in a while, so that’s what I did. Did not regret it at all! I opted for the lightly dusted cornmeal fish, but they still offer the pub style way too. It was PERFECT! The fish was flavorful and flaky and the breading was a perfect combination of crunchy and tasty! Perfectly cooked and fried. The tartar sauce was mild and that’s great, because I’m a tartar snob (I hate over salted and too “dill”y)! Even the coleslaw with brussel sprouts was outstanding! Not too sweet and not too tangy 🤤 I love this place! I can’t wait to come back again and try other menu items out with my husband and hoping my book club can meet here next month! ♥️ Disclosure: they add a 3.5% industry fee, but I'm happy to pay that! It added a whole $1.66 to my bill 😊”

The server asked us if we wanted fries or tots and we couldn't make up our mind and he suggested half and half...awesome suggestion and choice. For dinner I had The Uber and it was good it did have a lot going on but the ingredients were good quality. The service started out great very helpful with suggestions and attentive. As dinner went on the server was little by little non existent and after the check arrived 100 % gone. It was good and the beer selection was great I will probably return.”

“This was our first time eating here. It was great! It was me, my husband and our 2 teenagers. We all loved our sandwiches. It was pricey but that's pretty much everywhere right now so I didn't deduct any stars because of that...not their fault. The sandwiches were very flavorful and the bread was wonderful. Seriously one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Staff was friendly and helpful and we didn't wait long for our sandwiches. Ike was there and it was around 8PM. “I don't know how I missed this new coffee shop. We went in and ordered a bagel sandwich and a latte since they specialize in coffee. The price with a 25% tip was 20 dollars for the two items. Now to the place and the taste! The bagel sandwich was one of the best I have eaten. The latte was tasty and smooth. The place itself is clean and well decorated. See photos.
