I recently went in to dine in for breakfast which I ordered the Chompie's Eggs Benedict, the order was more than I could eat and it S cooked perfectly! The service was outstanding but when the bill came due I was floored. I know that the prices are listed on the menu but for 2 breakfasts the tab came to slightly over $36.00 not including the tip. I will continue to go to Chompie's, it just won't be as often as I would like.”

“Best Hummus I ever had! The coffee was roasted right there and coffee was delicious. It was pleasant to work on my computer here and the barista gives you a delicious tiny short bread cookie. “The food presentation is amazing! I never knew you could make a bowl of curry look so pretty. However the flavor was eh.... The restaurant looks like it was some kind of fast food chain at one time and they have done their best at trying to make it worthy of dinner service. The ambiance is funky and has a dirty feel to it. The food does taste like it has been frozen and warmed up in a microwave. The staff for dinner service at the time I went, consisted of 2 teenagers. They were not dressed appropriately for what this restaurant should be and their service was mediocre. I went here due to the rave reviews and was disappointed. I would have given it 2 stars but the food presentation helped push it to 3. I hate giving negative reviews but with all the people raving online I really felt let down.”

Its the usual same 2 or 3 people and even when it's a different staff they are just as good. The ribs were delicious, fall off the bone succulent and the potatoes perfectly cooked. Topped off with generous slice of 6 layered honey cake, a surprisingly light perfect accompaniment, moist and delicious, sweet but not overly. A filling but not heavy meal with dessert, served in minutes, less than $17 excluding drink and tip. I will return. Recommended.”
