“4 of us stopped in for dinner. It wasnt very crowded on Saturday night, so we walked in and checked out the menu. Maddy our server was friendly and helpful. Food was ready quickly. I had chicken strips and they were very flavorful, and tender. Coleslaw tasted home made. The others enjoyed their 1/2lbs burgers, each cooked to perfection. Very pleased. Name almost made us skip it, glad we didnt.”

“We had a party of five. The bartender was quick and the wait to get a drink was low. If he was helping others, he'd acknowledge us and let us know he'd be right with us. The food took awhile to get out but it was also pretty busy. When the food did get to us...insanely good! There was a live band and the band was good. The audio set up was also good and there were no bad sound issues with the mics or speakers. Highly recommend checking this place out.”

“Really nice atmosphere, themed restaurants seem to be hard to come by anymore, but its easy to see why Kon Tiki has been in business for as long as it has been. The menu is packed with hard-hitters taste wise, and the drink menu really has something for everyone. Be aware that there is a rule that they won't seat parties with kids past 7pm, so if you have kids with you, try to dine earlier in the evening.”

“It's dark in the best ways, there's an Elvira pinball machine and a jukebox with real CDs, absolutely amazing food, smoking patio, TV that seems to only play movies from before 2001, and the bartenders are all the good kind of sassy... It's an amazing goth/punk dive bar somehow hidden away on one of the busier avenues. Great atmosphere, definitely worth checking out.”

“Three of us ate at Union last night and we had a great time. Real standouts were the cheese board, pork sliders, and chocolate waffle for dessert. Our charming server was always there with a smile. A huge bonus, it was whiskey Wednesday and half off all whiskey. I mean who can resist 50% off? I love going to union with friends for food/drinks! It has a great atmosphere and friendly service! They have a large selection of whiskey and the food is always consistent. Great place to watch sports or just have a nice dinner, I highly recommend it!”

“First trip, shows promise. Better concept and use of space than the past. Enclosed the patio and courtyard to make it more year-round useable. Good menu. The pasta shown was not spectacular. Thin sauce, needed cheese on top, maybe more seasoning, but not bad. A start. The desert was quite good. Cocktails solid. Food was a little pricey for quality and quantity.”

“HIDDEN GEM The staff is amazing, the food is perfect, has great ambiance. Open pit mesquite grill! We were pleasantly surprised by the SSS, doesn't look like much from the outside nestled next to a motel. Literally every member of the staff is personable and inviting. The menu is simple, not overwhelming. The portions are perfectly sized and the food is the best. It's no surprise how the SSS has been in business this long.”
