The food is great service was awesome the atmosphere was calm, just speak for myself I only had a gift card that was given to me over the phone and they help me in every way possible to make it happen to me to get my food so yes I give him five stars for their overall , the staff was great and understanding what they didn't know they found out for me and they sure we got her food we didn't leave at the end

Honestly I go here a lot threw the drive threw and I have always preferred BK over McDonald's but this time... I decided to go into the store to order and that place is so dirty. You guys hardly anyone come in how hard could it be to keep the place clean. I've worker kitchens and I know it happens but bro the whole store was dirty. I'm just disappointed

Despite being clearly under staffed from their signs, staff was extremely courtious and went above and beyond to help me get a message to my father who was in the lobby drinking coffee and is a regular these days. Thanks for the help very much appreciated because we can't afford to get him a phone card lately.

This Burger King location (253 Airport Road) is consistent in achieving great customer service and satisfaction, in my personal experience. The staff is constantly moving about in a swift manner in order to lessen the customer's wait time. They have always served me with items EXACTLY as I ordered...ALWAYS. That is a clear indication they are actually listening when taking orders from customers. The staff and management team are always polite and on top of their jobs and they appear to take customer service serious...just as much as their customers do. This location receives 5 ⭐️'s in my book. AWESOME TEAM!!!
