I had a complaint a couple days ago about how rude the staff (team) was because I was late on picking my online order. They told me they threw it away and was upset when I said I still wanted it because I paid for it. The GM, Stephanie, contacted me right away and apologized. She offered to make it right. Stephanie had me come back and get a free meal. I was treated very nice from the team of workers. She was very professional and I was very impressed on how fast she resolved my complaint. The chicken is Sooooo good. I love Popeyes ❤️❤️

Waited 30 min after I ordered on the app that said my food would be ready in 15 min. On top of the wait.
they substituted my Mac and cheese for french fries that were cold, because the Mac and cheese was cooking and it still had a lot of time to go before it was ready.
No, apology for the wait or the substitution due to lack of product. All they could say was we have been really busy.
In the 30 min we waited 10 cars came and went in the drive thru while myself and 2 other cars waited for our food.
Will not place another order in the app or drive thru

I had not had this happen b4 but the chicken was so greasy it soaked through the box to napkins, and my fav...the biscuit. They didn't have but mac & cheese for a side. No butter.
I think it was just a hiccup. Their chicken is usually very good. I very rarely go there that they have everything we order. My husband has taken food back again and again. Seriously, one night he drove the order back 3 times then got his money back.
