“Wonderful spicy flavors. Courteous and friendly service. Brief review of what we ordered. Spicy boneless chicken: family size portion, very spicy and very good. I will recommend to eat this with rice. Eggplant with side pork: one of the few items on the menu that is not spicy. It has a bit of sweetness, and goes well as a side dish when you order spicy main dishes. Skewered tofu skin: just ok, nothing special. Spicy lamb with cumin: excellent flavor.”

“My family and I decided to try this spot because my sister made a recommendation stating that the crab is worth trying. We came on a Saturday night and it was a full house inside. The inside is brightly lit with a nice crab painting by the kitchen. The chairs aren't that comfortable so know that going in because the chairs are relatively shorter than the table. Onto the food: please excuse the names of dishes because we ordered in Chinese and I don't know the English names 1. Dungeness Crab presentation looked simple and plain. The little golden balls are corn, which I've never tried with crab so it was nice to try something new. 2. Tofu with crab meat sauce was probably my favorite dish we tried. At first, it looked like egg sauce but I believe it was the salted egg yolk sauce. I mixed that in with the fried corn from the crab and it was delicious. 3. Stir fried string beans is as basic as its name. Nothing really amazes me at any Chinese restaurant because you can't really do much. 4. Beef Tendon: not a fan of it but it was okay 5. Fish & cucumber and 1000 year old preserved egg soup?? When we had it, the soup turned cold because the restaurant ran out of bowls and we're washing them. So I wasn't a fan of it since it became cold but I'm sure it would've been good. 6. Dan Dan noodles were flavorful but tons of oil. If you do order it, you should try asking for less oil”

“Quite a small little restaurant that probably only fits like 10 people or so, but it had a really homely feel since it was just a bunch of chinese people having lunch. I got what I would consider asian style chicken noodle soup. It was decent, noodles were a bit too al dente but it was filling so I can't complain in that department. The waitress got my girlfriend's order wrong and the ladies behind us were using cantonese to try to rectify it which was pretty fun speaking in native tongue trying to resolve the issue. Would recommend just for the convenience and just to help support the mom and pop style restaurant.”

But the years to follow left my buddy disappointed. And he loved it. So with that this spot loses one star because the quality went down to someone who cares.
