“Let me just start by saying I had a VERY pleasant experience at this location. The cashier was very patient with me regarding choosing a tea to drink. He actually handed me a card with all the tea types available on the menu with the ingredients in each. He answered all my questions very patiently, sincerely and politely. He attempted to get my tea going, yet returned hastily and apologized profusely for actually not having the tea type I had chosen available. I just picked my second choice. He handed me the tea(which was VERY HOT). A lady asked if I would like a few ice cubes in it to bring down the temperature...I gladly accepted. She placed 4 ice cubes in it and it was good to go from there. She informed me that her son usually gets 6 ice cubes, but thought 4 might actually be enough for me. I thanked both of them for their outstanding customer service and left with this very pleasant experience. Thank you two for a job well done. My only issue was...I should have asked for their names!!”

“By far my favorite Nékter! No matter what day is it the manager Danny always makes it a priority to acknowledge me as soon as i walk in the door. He’s super nice and always has a smile on his face. I recently fell in love with juices so I’ve tried every juice they have displayed beside the beets one. There hasn’t been one i didn’t like! Yes the juices like all out there are a little pricey but i have the app which always gives me alerts when they are on sale or if i have any rewards! So i highly recommend getting that. Oh & the location is perfect because there’s always parking:)”

The service has also improved by 100% Rocky Cola is a must go to place. Especially after a high school football game. For those that have tried it and didn't care for it, give it a go and see for your self how much it's improved. Just clean up the place and you'll be sitting on a true 50's gem. “This Douglas Burgers might be the best! Same people been cooking your food to order there for over 20 years and they care about their quality and menu. Be sure to try the 2 Jumbo Tacos and the Roast Beef Dip w/jus which is restaurant quality. Also the amazingly large char grilled chicken breast salad. Those are as good as any larger restaurant. Prep time is pretty quick but remember it's not really a fast food operation.”
