“Ordered the carnitas burrito plate. The carnitas tasted more like a pork stew than regular carnitas. The construction of the burrito was one of the strangest looking burritos I've ever seen(See the photo). The two salsas with the chips were very mediocre, the one salsa had too much of a vinegar taste to it, like it was pickled. The food wasn't bad, but wasn't good either. Everything about the food here is mediocre across the board. The iced Tea was awful, especially at a $4 price. The service was good, but the food is just lacking. Food tax and tip cost $24, too much to pay for mediocre food. I do not recommend this business”

“Organic bakery in the heart of San Rafael. I came upon this cozy cottage looking place when I got off the beaten path of 4th street. Worth finding! Coffee and hot and cold sandwiches available but the variety of baked goods was so creative … I went for the sweets… the banana Meyer lremon bread/cake is a standout. And I loved loved loved the whole wheat very muffin. Incredible flavors and healthy ingredients! Yay! . I no longer have to be sad that Arizmendi is gone from the San Rafael scene. What a gem…. They even have an upright piano and a children’s books and game corner. I’ll be back!😊”

The garlic fries were crispy and flavorful, and they were the perfect side to the sandwich. The portion size was generous, and I appreciated the fact that everything was made fresh to order. “My parents and I came here last week on a Wednesday night for the first time. I've driven by plenty of times, but after my mom found it online, we decided to go for a chill birthday dinner. The restaurant was pretty empty, so it had a nice and quiet ambiance. The server (brandon?) was really friendly and knowledgeable. We ended up getting the chicken Parmigiano, the pappardelle, and the local rock cod dishes as our mains, along with the truffle fries and crispy brussel sprouts. I highly recommend the brussel sprouts and chicken Parmigiano as the Alfredo was so good and light! The staff were also very kind and gave us a pot de creme dessert for my birthday and it was soooo tasty and light! Apparently, the restaurant is much busier on other nights, so they do recommend setting up reservations. They have some good deals earlier in the evening at happy hour, so I will definitely be back with my friends!”

“A lovely lunch stop; I was able to share a meal for a reasonable price. The owner greeted me and took my order showing a level of care and professionalism that I very much appreciated. The entire place was super clean and the unique metal utensils and chopsticks were very enjoyable to use. Outdoor seating was a bonus to enjoy on a nice day. The food was delicious and I ate everything I ordered. I loved the care for all the small parts added to the Bi Bam Bap; also really enjoyed the potato leek soup, kimchee, spinach, and unique Korean drinks. I'm looking forward to coming back to and seeing how it continues to grow.”
