Pangaea Grill

So refreshing to find an Asian fusion restaurant in Carmel. The service is excellent, and its such a warm & stylish setting. Besides the food made with such attention to detail, the bar is amazing. Extra points for fresh squeezed juices for the mimosas!!!

Really fresh food. The clam chowder was amazing and I make it myself from scratch so am picky. We also had short ribs which had a great marinade and was plated with a salad and rice and fresh berries on the side. A really nice environment and food that makes you want to come back. It is fun to have Asian dishes and American dishes on the menu. The chef came to our table to talk to us, couldn't have been nicer.

Carmel/San Francisco are my two favorite places in all of California. This time I was in Carmel and I will say when i first walked in here i said wow. Loved the interior, the breakfast was excellent, staff were amazing and the bathroom reminded me of a 5 star hotel. I enjoyed everything about it. I asked one of the waiters about the POS system, he told me about it and how they were new systems. Whoever the owner is, you are doing a fantastic job. I will be coming again with my girlfriend soon and will tell everyone in Fresno, CA to go and try it. Amazing food, service, and fantastic experience. 5 stars from me!

This was a great find. The restaurant is fresh off a renovation, and the result is remarkable. Spacious and airy. The menu offers fresh Korean options I haven’t seen on other menus in town.

I had a great Kimchi fried rice for lunch, and look forward to coming back for the Spam Kim Bap.

A great, unexpected surprise to find on Ocean Ave. Walking along the prettiest line of shops on this bright, breezy afternoon, I noticed only the exterior menu as there's yet any signage. The decor is an unobtrusive mix of modern over rustic. Best if all - Kimchee fried rice! What a welcome addition to Carmel. I've had enough Italian to last a lifetime .
