“I've never seen a bubble waffle but this little to go shop in Nevada City, CA is amazing!!! We had the mushroom one. I called it a “walking” waffle cuz its to go. My gosh its just like pulled pork! We love that no animal products!!! Yes! Vegan is not for everyone but you are seriously missing out! Gluten free!!! It's the taste! I swear you would not be able to tell the difference. For the perfect healthy lunch try these! The location is fantastic right downtown. Thank you Bathsheva for a fantastic lunch! We will be back for sure!”
