“I've never seen a bubble waffle but this little to go shop in Nevada City, CA is amazing!!! We had the mushroom one. I called it a “walking” waffle cuz its to go. My gosh its just like pulled pork! We love that no animal products!!! Yes! Vegan is not for everyone but you are seriously missing out! Gluten free!!! It's the taste! I swear you would not be able to tell the difference. Although I couldn’t get any work done because the flavors of the chicken gyro were so delicious they demanded my full attention. Flavor packed, tender, so yummy!!!! “My daughter had a half day so we decided to have lunch in Nevada City. I had walked through the newly remodeled National Hotel, but hadn’t eaten there yet. Perfect! It wasn’t crowded on a Friday, mid-day so we were seated right away. The service was pleasant and timely. The food was delicious! I had eggs benedict, my daughter had french toast. My daughter is VERY picky and she said it was the best she had ever had. She even loved my fried potatoes (which she normally doesn’t like, at all). The atmosphere is elegant and beautiful. We’ll be back.”

“Delicious food, large portions. Service was very friendly and professional...much appreciated. We enjoyed eating outside on the small patio. Husband likes spicy and found the salsa to his liking. I had the huge Taco Salad, able to eat about half. Husband had the 4 Quzabirrias tacos, said he would have been satisfied with 3, but he kept eating, lol. We were both very happy and will be back.”

“We went to Alexander's Station last night for a birthday dinner and not really sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised! Christopher our waiter was great, he even brought out a complimentary dessert with a birthday message for our guest without any prompts. The food was excellent and the waterfall outside the picture window was a beautiful addition. We're excited to have a new place in town to add to our dining roster! But please note, this place has a more traditional, old-school fine-dining vibe. Don't go expecting a hipster eatery with an infusion-type menu, expect classics like beef wellington, venison, rack of lamb, classic white linen table cloths, and decoratively folded cloth napkins. Make sure to order the Maple Candied House Cured Bacon Salad!”

The food And service were excellent. the beet salad plentiful and delicious.i ordered the scallops and they were cooked in a perfect sauce. “We sat at a table in the bar, so my husband could watch the NBA Playoffs. Service was excellent, and this is one of the few restaurants that my husband orders steak, because it's as good as mine! Served with garlic bread, green salad and beans, we also get baked potatoes! Everything is delicious! There's also a regular dining room with the same great service! We will keep coming back!”
