“Pizza lovers, lookout, there is a new place in town, and it's Pizza Guys in Laguna Woods. We ordered the gluten-free spinach garlic chicken pizza, an antipasto salad, and the penne pollo rustico pasta. Let's start with the pizza. The crust was perfect and thin just like we like it, and the toppings were fresh and quite a generous amount. The taste was simply delicious. The pasta was baked and had a very nice texture and taste as well as came with some tasty garlic bread. The antipasto salad was fresh and nicely presented and very good. The customer service was the top shelf, and Hooman, the owner, was quite the professional and a superb and gracious gentleman. The menu is delightful, offering many choices of custom pizzas, pastas, breads, salads, calzones, deserts, and drinks. The ambiance is quite positive and I could see that this restaurant is very popular with the locals as it was very busy at around 3:15 pm. As a Sicilian, I can truly say that Pizza Guys offers terrific menu items and custom pizzas that most other establishments don't offer. The restaurant is immaculate, and the food, people, and overall experience were definitely a 5 star plus. Thank you, Pizza Guys, and welcome to the neighborhood! Congratulations, Hooman! “Wow! Transported back to India! The food is amazing! The quality of meat is great! We got the family meal, which was amazing! Definitely coming back! Worth the drive ! Please maintain the quality! Absolutely nailed the taste, and the complimentary chai is extremely delicious packed with flavors of cardamom! We live quite far but after eating the quality of food here it’s all compensated! “Masks required, as in all locations. Still, polite and prompt service, and they were even polite about asking for a face covering. They did not, however, allow my two-year-old to use the restroom. The fast-casual restaurant next door, however, did allow it no problem. Note to Starbucks: bathrooms can be perfectly safe with the right protocols from staff. Train the staff and keep 'em open! Otherwise, still great coffee and the most innovative coffee drinks this side of the universe.”

“Located inside the Leisure World community, this is a members only restaurant but you can get in as an invited guest of a member. Great location with the aura of a family restaurant, maybe because all the patrons know each other and this is where the members go most of the time since they live close by. There's not much variety of choices from the menu but it's good enough especially after a round of golf or tennis. The bar is a fun place to be since almost all guests know each other and they get to chat with everybody. Again, this is not open to the public, members only.”

“Love this place and the people who work here -- I eat here for lunch multiple times per week! As a pregnant woman who isn't supposed to eat cold cuts due to the risk of baby-harming bacteria (oh, the joys), the kind employees at this Jersey Mike's are always willing to grill my sliced turkey so I can eat lunch without anxiety. They know what my usual order is when I walk in the door, and they greet me with a smile. Grateful for places like this!”
