“So I really wanted to love this place. Very few Italian restaurant in our area, fewer Japanese/Chinese Restaurants, (if you know of one respond to this post) and fewer restaurants of diversity. Love not being in the city, I just miss having a choice where to dine without driving 30 minutes. So Cibo, I tried the soups and they don't taste much different from a Grocery store soup in the Deli aisle. The cookies are not homemade, if they are, they need to hire a new baker, because it was made with tons of lard as opposed to butter and it didn't taste fresh. I did enjoy the take-away salads. The Farrow Vegetable and the Apple and Beet salad were pretty tasty. Next week I will try food off the hot menu items. I really would love for this place to succeed. Fingers crossed. :o)”

She gave the manager over and the manager thanked me for informing them and I got a free cookie on my next order. Manager handled the problem with ease and respectfulness. “It's amazing what you can do with the pretzel. It can be twisted, bent, cut into little pieces and covered with just about everything. So, I ordered a plain pretzel. No butter, no salt, no cheese, just a plain pretzel. They agreed to make me one. "It'll take about seven minutes." And it did. Delicious, fresh, just out of the oven freshness. Parking is in parking lot which is pretty close to the store. Bathrooms are in the complex, not in the store. Everything is wheelchair-accessible.”

I am curious though why at lunchtime was there only 1 cashier trying so hard to take orders for a continuously long line. The manager was there. It would have taken him 5 minutes to ease the line for her. Finally someone else came and opened a register, but by then the line was pretty much gone. I think I waited at least 10+ minutes.”

“This was like other Panera Bread locations in make and type. There were no point of sale computers to order your food. The food was still as good as it normally is at these locations, but they didn't offer the butter for the bread. You had to ask for it. On that note they didn't ask me if I wanted the bread, the apple, or something else. On the plus side I for earn a free pick two meal this time around.”

“I love this donut place, I commute to work from San Diego and this is the closest donut shop nearby. Their donuts are amazing and they have a huge variety. I came mostly for the donut holes but today I had a ham and cheese croissant and no doubt, the best one I've ever had, there was a good amount of ham and cheese and the croissant was buttery, fluffy and flaky. Not to mention the girls are always nice when you come in.”
