“Staff is always friendly and the food is great. I've had their tacos and Meat Eater burrito. Both are excellent. They really pack the meat into their tacos and burrito and the taste is awesome. This is a great place to eat!”

“The crepes are delicious. Omar and his staff are friendly and quick. Brought a few home for my family. First bite my mother took she was impressed, its hard to get a compliment out of her. Do recommend eating it when it is hot and fresh, taking it home is tough because you have to warm them back up BUT still fantastic!”

“I just moved to the area and found that this street has more than a few food trucks stationed here. But this one stood out to me. The girl taking the orders was nice and helpful. The food hot and fresh. I myself got a Mulitas with Cabeza, was amazing! Will definitely be back”

“Delicious dogs or ok cheese dog with a nice crunch but wasn't a fan of the cheese on top or Chipotle sauce I don't remember what it was. Interesting hot cheeto dogs. Interesting menu with a different touch on corn dogs but the product they offer isn't high quality needs improvement”

“$1 tacos at this taco truck isn't bad & their choice of meats is pretty good. Their carne asada is really tasty.”

“Honestly, their wings are really good. I used to go to the one on nuttwood since it's closer to me but i don't mind the extra few minutes for better wings. They add just the perfect amount of seasoning/sauce and the crunch is immaculate haha. 10/10 would recommend this location. Oh and the customer service is amazing too. Very friendly. A hello welcome every time and a have a great day/night when we leave. Overall a great location.”

“Not disappointed with this small taqueria. Tacos tasted delicious and the staff was friendly. We also ordered a large menudo which tasted homemade, just how I like it. Good assortment of salsas and veggies at salsa bar. Would definitely return and recommend.”

“So happy to have found this place. Till I make the time to visit Germany I will keep coming here for my curry wurst and snitzel fix. Entree portions were massive and very filling.”

“This place is awesome! Their food was delicious and the staff was great both times I went there. The surf and turf tacos are beef and shrimp surrounded by fried cheese within a tortilla. The sauces they use blend perfectly. They have a great selection of bottled hot sauces as well. I will certainly be back in the near future.”

“Sanduche de Lomito with spicy chimichurri…..delicious!!!! Always hits the spot!! Freshly made, always cooked to perfection. I forgot to add, the location looks a little sketchy. Windows are boarded up, but, don’t be afraid. Walk inside and you’ll see a small market filled with Colombian, Peruvian, and Argentinian imported food products and the small restaurant to the side.”

“This place is a hidden gem! Refreshing break from traditional Mexican food. The bulgogi burrito is amazing. The portions are very generous as well. Will definitely have to return to try out the rest of their menu.”

“A newly opened modern Asian restaurant in the area. It was clean and modern. Loved the overall atmosphere. We tried their personal hotpot (beef), everything was cooked and a little flame was placed underneath to keep things hot. It tasted great and we loved it. Their shrimp garlic noodle was delicious. It was garlic forward (which we loved) and the noodles were cooked pretty well. The lava stone steak was fun to try. It came with three steak sources and the presentation was nice. It was not too bad, but would prefer saving up a bit more to enjoy a steak in a steakhouse instead. Same for their mashed potatoes. Go with rice (or fries) for starch would be a safer choice. These were not their specialties. Next time, we would definitely go for the hotpot (and possibly ramen).”

“Weds-special is Brisket Sandwich + side o' fries, so that's for the Wife. This side of the table got Burnt Ends + Pork Belly w/sides of Mac & Cheese and Baked 'Tato with chives 'n' stuff. Surely scores 9+/10 for taste & quality (and we smoke at home, as it were, so we're finicky). Good selection of real Beer, etc. at sensible $prices. Natalie was our fabulously-helpful server. Worthy successor to Leadbelly's, which never disappointed us either. Gonna be our go-to, once-a-month or more BBQ place.”

“We are absolutely obsessed with Our Nest!! From the beginning you can tell the owners put their heart and soul into their restaurant! They are always there no matter what time we go in, no matter what day… they are there to serve and make sure everyone gets the best food and very best service. We have tried practically everything on the menu, we order here 2-3 times a week because the quality of the food is just outrageously perfect and it leaves you craving more and more! My favorite is the Perry Fiesta Bowl, if you are a person that loves fresh toppings galore on your salad this is for you! So many flavors it will knock your socks off! Another favorite is the 7 layer breakfast dip… this is a family favorite that my kids can’t get enough of! A full dish of their homemade salsas, beans and their signature menguiche sauce. I can go on and on about what to try, what we love and how amazing we are treated when we visit! Go, see for yourself! Give them a try and remember to be patient because great food takes time, and it is beyond worth the wait.”

“While at the Brea Mall, I found myself craving a small, but savory, bite to eat. As I made my way into the Brea Mall food court, I found my answer in big red letters: Poncho's. Pancho's is a taqueria serving traditional Mexican street food such as tacos, burritos, tortas, and aguas frescas. I'm a huge fan of Al pastor, but they had unfortunately sold out, so I settled for a carne asada mulita (which is like a quesadilla on steroids). A few minutes later, my mulita was ready with two types of salsa. This wasn't a quesadilla with some carne asada in it. It was an quesadilla with carne asada pilled on it along with some onions, cilantro and guac. The asada was juicy with hints of King Taco and the salsa full of flavor. Not certain when Poncho's in the Brea Mall opened, but that mulita definitely hit the spot. I look forward to going back and trying out a few Al pastor tacos.”

“Chicken was very flavorful with a good amount of spice. Me and my friends were going safe and got the number 2 combo (mild), but it was not that spicy. If you enjoy spice don't be afraid to take it up a level. The fries were seasoned just right with their toast being very soft soaking in all the flavor from the chicken. Would definitely go here again. Price is pretty reasonable.”

“Liked the food just wish the patty used for the sandwich is bigger. The bread used feels like it overshadows the chicken patty.”
