Wilma & Frieda

Address: 155 S Palm Canyon Dr, Palm Springs, CA 92262, USA

Restaurant

“What a view! We were delighted to be able to get one of the balcony seats. So charming. Our waiter was one of my favorite servers, maybe ever because you could tell he was excited for us about what we were going to be eating. I had the burger and the meat was extra special tender and juicy. I thought the bun was slightly heavy but could have integrated better with some kind of sauce - something beyond mayo. It was a classically delicious burger. And. I tend to favor extra flavor. The Pork Flautas special was amazing - the right combo of flavors. And they really got the meat right again. Thank goodness we took the time to figure out which restaurant had those balcony seats.”

We had an omelette with 3 choices of fillings and they were great.I like the outside patio dining that’s available and TVs around. They are upstairs off the main Blvd and have a large parking in back. The service is excellent and friendly and the prices very reasonable.”

Bongo Johnny's Patio Bar & Grill Palm Springs

Address: 301 N Palm Canyon Dr Suite 200, Palm Springs, CA 92262, USA

Restaurant

“This was our first visit to this new location but it’s been a regular stop on our trips to Palm Springs for years. After just under a year, it is back and ready to welcome old and new fans alike. The new space is open and airy, located on the second floor of a corner space formerly occupied by Starlight Lounge. Evolving from the former surfer boy theme, the new logo and decor tropical yet retain the charm and whimsy we were familiar with. On this visit we went back to tried and true favorites: the country boy Johnny and the steak and eggs. The menu has stayed the same and did not disappoint. The steak was juicy and tender and seasoned well. The country boy was delicious. It’s a country version of eggs benedict with sausage patties and a folded egg omelette smothered with country gravy on top. As an added bonus, the bottomless mimosas are now available all the time for just $5!”

Share Small Plate Bistro

Address: 285 N Palm Canyon Dr, Palm Springs, CA 92262, USA

Restaurant

4 Saints

Address: 100 W Tahquitz Canyon Way, Palm Springs, CA 92262, USA

Restaurant

“Best part was the view. The demeanor of the staff, and the price of the menu should command great service and memorable dishes. It missed on most levels. Our service was slow in a non-crowded environment, our server forgot one of our orders, and the 4 out of 6 dishes were bland. Recommendation: Go for the view and a drink, but don’t stay for the dinner. If you do get a feel for the nibbles, and are okay with paying a bit too much, grab the octopus and the Spicy seared tuna app and leave content.”

Juniper Table

Address: 100 W Tahquitz Canyon Way, Palm Springs, CA 92262, USA

Restaurant

“We visited on a Friday evening. The weather was perfect to sit outside on the patio and we did. We were drawn to the place by the tall flame heaters and the wonderful, live music. Our waitress was so kind and accommodating. Even "comping" us our two coffee's because I needed them on a separate ticket for my office. She was quick and attentive. We order the Porchetta and it was moist and tender. I had this dish in Malta and fell in love with it and was so happy to see it on the menu. We stayed a while sitting on a comfy bench with throw pillows and warmed by the flame heater. Two women, who seemed to be old friends, were dancing and enjoying the live music. It seemed like being at a family gathering.”

Persimmon Bistro

Address: 101 N Museum Dr, Palm Springs, CA 92262, USA

Restaurant

“The single most expensive sandwiches I've ever seen in my life. You do not need to make a grilled cheese sandwich cost 12 dollars. It is not worth that much. It's not even designer cheese. It was American. Also a Coke should not cost 6 dollars. That is ridiculous. Come on guys.”

Le Vallauris Restaurant

Address: 385 W Tahquitz Canyon Way, Palm Springs, CA 92262, USA

Restaurant

“Exceptional French fine dining! Expensive but well worth it. The owner walks around the restaurant and will converse in French with you. Sit on the patio set around trees wrapped in strands of white lights. Service is amazingly good - very attentive staff.”

Azúcar Restaurant and Bar

Address: 339 S Belardo Rd, Palm Springs, CA 92262, USA

Restaurant

“Fresh. Bright. Beautiful. Amazing flavors, gorgeous atmosphere, genuinely friendly service. This is a must if you’re a local or a tourist. My favorite brunch in Palm Springs no matter how many times I eat here - I’m always pleasantly surprised. Also, they let us bring our small (and well behaved) dogs. I dream of the setting and the presentation whenever I’m not in town. Love, love, love.”

Palm Canyon Roadhouse

Address: 535 S Palm Canyon Dr, Palm Springs, CA 92264, USA

Restaurant

“Stopped in here for a drink and was persuaded in by the sound of loud jazz music playing. Was for sure very appreciative of the music. Took the bartender AWHILE to attend to us with maybe 15 patrons on a Sunday afternoon. The beers were excellent and the music was very tasteful. Getting 4 stars due to the hygiene. It smelled like a musty armpit in this place. As long as you can handle that. You're in for a great time. At least on a Sunday afternoon.”
