“I know the place is small, but why no one in management has taken the time to design the foot traffic layout better? During peek times people keep bumping into each other not knowing where the lines for pick up, to order or waiting begin. Also too many people allowed at the same time to be standing inside what feels life a 6' x 6' . Employees granted concentrate on pumping orders out as fast as they can but it is a foot traffic management needed urgently to make the consumer experience pleasant.”

“Bring your own syrup and your own hot sauce. Peets doesn’t have either. This morning I ordered chicken and waffle. I asked for syrup they don’t have any. I had to stop someplace else and buy Syrup . The other morning I stopped and purchased a breakfast burrito. I asked for hot sauce. They don’t have any. If you’re going to make ethnic food you have to include all the condiments to go with it. “I went to Starbucks with the intention of purchasing some make at home coffee. This particular Starbucks oh, well easy to see with in traffic, was less convenient to get to then others. The store itself, while large, seem to be poorly laid out. Instead of one large space, there seem to be strange walls separating different sections making them invisible from the main store. Nothing wrong with that, it just took a large space and made several smaller spaces out of it against what I have seen in practically all other stores. Part of the fact that these faces were smaller, meant that the store carried a very minimal selection of make at home coffee.”

“As far as Starbucks go I'd say I quite like this particular store! They recently reopened to the public and they were more than prepared! You don't go into the store and instead use the app to place your order and then an employee will walk it out to you. I was picking up food from somewhere else in the shopping center and decided to pop over to get a coffee, not knowing this was the first day they had reopened. The lady who was walking the drinks out was explaining to everyone how the system works now. Because it was the first day she was taking orders to people who walked up, and they had pamphlets out explaining how ordering works now along with hand sanitizer. However I wanted to order on the app as to not be the only person waiting who didn't get my drink that route. After placing my order the app wasn't letting me select the store so I did end up having to order by telling the lady (I know- it would have saved much more time to just have done that in the first place ?) my order verbally. I kept apologizing because I felt bad but she was very sweet about it and I was extremely happy with my experience. Of course the drink was delicious as always too. 5 stars for great service ?”

I don’t want to tell you how to run your business, but 4pm to close means 4pm to me. I should not walk in at 3:40 and been told the kitchen closes at 3:30. If that’s the case, close your business at 3:30. I missed you two days in a row. Yesterday not realizing you close at 4. Sadly I’m taking my business elsewhere.”

“Located in the heart of the village, this place has one side dedicated to their multitude of ice cream flavors and another side to their frozen yogurts - with toppings galore, in the middle! They even have fun coffee drinks and floats to make my son-in-law happy. Prices are a little steep, but these days you purchase three orders of ice cream and $20 flies out of your wallet! That seems to be the norm. They have a few tables outdoors for warm, sunny afternoons, with a cool breeze.”

The Turkey Bake sandwich hit the spot if you like those classic mustard and sauerkraut deli-style flavors. The latte was smooth and strong, just the right balance.
