“Love this place! It's an open cafe with plenty of seating for people actually eating, or doing work. Very healthy menu with smoothies, sandwiches, salads. “Not bad but not good. Had the carne asada burrito and the meat is really over cooked. Very little guacamole, mostly all meat. Needs more flavor. The salsa at the salsa bar looked days old or just isn't very good, avoid. Place is clean and staff was friendly. All in all, very average, nothing out of the ordinary.”

“Best bagels I have found locally. The store however is shoehorned into too small a space. The line snakes back onto itself through a narrow passage between counters and tables. At high traffic times the line moves slowly. During those periods the ordering/purchasing experience is not for the claustrophobic! Just cross your fingers and hope that the flu season hasn't started yet, 'cause the bagels ARE good.”

“I attempted to use mobile app to take advantage of app specific FREE offer, but this location was not accepting mobile orders at the time. It was still the most convenient location for me so I went inside to order. I asked about the mobile ordering inside & was advised there was unknown issue, but someone was coming to fix Monday. I went ahead & ordered. 3 hamburgers & 1 fry. I waited nearly 10 minutes for my order & saw the employee bag up my fries in anticipation of the burgers to follow about 2 minutes after ordering. I continued waiting & watching while my fries just sat there. Finally after about 10 minutes the burgers were ready. She bagged them up & grabbed the 10 minute previously bagged fries & announced my food was ready. As I approached I immediately requested some hot fries to go along with the burgers since they had been waiting almost the entire time I had. She immediately obliged & walked around corner to fryer, but out of sight. For all I know I ended up with same order fluffed up with hot ones added to top, but at least they felt warm & I was done waiting on the slow service. The girl apologized for the error in judgment on prepping so far in advance. As usual this location is not staffed to accommodate the orders received mainly for a pretty solid drive thru activity & the walk ins always pay the price, but I'll keep trying!”

This 5-guys tastes like all the other 5-guys I have eaten at. It has the old fashion burger stand feel. The food was great, service was friendly, store could be a little bit cleaner. It is expensive, but, you are at the mall, in Southern California and well, California. Everything is expensive here. If you are in the area and are planning on eating at the mall, give this place a try. Be careful ordering fries. You will get a ton of fries, even on a small order.”

“Had the spaghetti and meatballs and it was good! Also the cookie and ice cream dessert that they gave us was delicious. Only problems I had was the food took maybe 20-25 minutes to come out, the server only stopped by twice during a 45 minute stay so my water was empty most of the time, and the bathrooms were absolutely horrible. Worst restaurant bathroom I have seen. It was something you'd see at a run down gas station. Pretty tile floors and tile walls do not make a difference if there is urine all over the floor, full rolls of sopping wet toilet paper in the corner of the stall, a small smear of feces on the toilet seat, no paper towels, and dirt on the floor and mirrors. Literally.. Looks like someone had not cleaned the place in months. Not sure how nobody has said anything but I made sure to. They apologized, however I never saw someone go in to clean by the time I had left, which was 20-30 minutes afterwards. Probably will not go back strictly because of the bathrooms. Says a lot about the place.”
