“I believe this is a gluten free bakery. We went here to order a retirement cake prior to Covid. They let us sample a bunch of flavors and all were delicious. The chocolate being my favorite and I'm not even a big chocolate cake fan. Also I bought some sugar cookie to go and my office loved them. I really want to try their pound cake. Next time. Staff was very outgoing, friendly and helpful. Starry Bakery will be my go to for specialty gluten free treats.”

“Local resident - finally tried the new cafe ...passed this time on a coffee, but picked-up two croissants (butter, nutella) ...for $7.50!!! ...which is crazy expensive! No prices listed ...and pushy staff. A plain butter croissant should be $1.75, maybe $2.00 ...tasty pastry, but not planning on returning anytime soon. Lots of other local options.”

“Fast and excellent service. If you can support the businesses you go to during these times by leaving comments or hitting yes when asked by Google Maps if you have attended a place please do so. Two super sweet employees there shared with us that they could shut down their store if enough money wasn’t coming in, which would result in them not working of course. Thank you for great customer service and delicious bagels.”

“Tacos are pretty good. Small but flavorful. Had better. Had worse but I don’t rate places on if everything hits the mark on my tastes since we all have different tastes. I rate restaurants on what they can control. Sauces are good. Outdoor patio is nice.”

“This place is tucked away, hidden to normies but a great place to sit and eat delicious Paninis. There is a colorful outside sitting area in back. The food really is great. I had the Chipotle Turkey. Super messy, but worth it. The Pesto Turkey is also really good. They offered Gluten Free bread which is a bonus. Stop on by, they have great coffee too.”

“This place is beautiful. Our service was even better thanks to Nathalie. Our soup took a little it longer to be served but gave us a pastry which I got coffee cake and it was real good. We got the chicken wild rice bread bowl and chicken noodle bread bowl. These meals compliment the cold weather we are having in SD. This place is great to study and get work done. Many outlets for those who want to bring thier laptops and free parking. It is in the mall. Free refills of coffee and tea of course. The place is very clean and bright with its lighting and big windows. I definitely will be coming back. Thanks again Nathalie.”

“PRETTY SWEET THINGS ! We had just finished our coffees nearby when my wife said she could see that the French place called Le Macaron was open for business. Naturally I understood that my wife wanted to check out the sweet things inside. There were a few people standing around inside when we walked in. My wife was eyeballing anything that looked tempting. From behind the counter a guy named Mohit politely asked my wife if he could help. He offered us a tray of little samples to try...which we did. These sort of cute cookies don't do much for me but my wife likes to try everything at least once. My wife bought a coffee one and a caramel one. They would have been nice with our Cortados. They also offer espresso, cappuccinos, lattes & tea plus a decent variety of house made Gelato. I'm sure they will fill a niche in the marketplace !”

“Amazing coffee! I had their cappuccino, it had its bitterness but at the same time it had smooth textured. I normally add 1 sugar, but here I was able to drink cappuccino without any sugar. Tried Turmeric latte too, it was good. Staff are friendly, prices on par with Starbucks but the taste was way better. Will have to go back to try their sandwiches!”

“This is a great bakery cafe with super friendly service. The pastries are baked in house so they are pretty fresh when you get them. There's a variety of different pastries, but also sandwiches and soups/salads. The pricing is fair, most of the bakery items are around $3. I tried the blueberry cream cheese danish and the almond pastry. Both were quite delicious.”
