“This is a new location for an excellent Ramen house! Nishiki is known for flavorful Ramen, and also spicy ramen up to the level of stupid-hot stunt food, all executed with care. The Mira Mesa location, at this writing in late April/early May 2022, is in "soft-opening". Operators of this franchise location just bought it out from a Chinese place that went under and are running the restaurant on a limited menu with limited hours for a few weeks before they shut it back down to refurbish, repaint and beautify the location. So right now, it's a limited menu but includes the basics and the classics. They are very friendly, stoked to have you in their store, and working hard to ensure they produce up to the level of standards for a Nishiki Ramen. Parking in this location can be tricky, but there is another lot " behind it", one driveway away and which always has spaces. You can walk around either the west or east side of the building to get to Nishiki if you need to use the secret parking.”

“We have been with Pure Peal Prep SD since they first launched this business. We absolutely love their meals and to this day, we are still their customers. Their food is better than many meal prep companies we have tried. The food menu changes every week so we never have to worry about eating ground turkey every week. In addition, I did a local gym 8 weeks body transformation contest and I took home 1st place. I stuck to my workout plan and ate Pure Meal Prep because it takes the food planning away from me. I just eat, workout and trust the process. I highly recommend Pure Meal Prep SD for anyone who is looking for better meal prep company out there. I also like the fact that I can pause whenever I want to. I also love the fact that when I have questions and concern whether it's from my order or an issue with the app, Cassie is always there to quickly get back to me. “I brought friends from Canada here for dinner last night based on the good reviews. Our dinners were very good and the service was great! Thank you Si! We tried the appetizer sampler plate and spring rolls. All delicious and the spring rolls were placed artistically on the plate which was a fun surprise. Entrees were Chicken Chow Mien and Pad Thai dishes with shrimp at varying levels of spice. We loved it all. I'll be returning soon!”
